I love the front desk staff and the all of my encounters with them were wonderful. The female manager was awesome. The young lady in the front that checked me out, she was light skinned it. I forget her name. She was amazing one of the housekeeping, Miss Marjorie I believe her name is really stood out. She was awesome thank God for her beautiful soul .

The kitchen staff needs work. The attitudes in that kitchen is horrible, except for the tall guy. The tall guy was awesome with the dreads, but that little light skin one horrible attitude, the little skinny one horrible attitude he don’t need to work with Customer Service. He need to find him a Desk job obviously he doesn’t like people . He was very rude to me and I watched him be rude to someone else the next day horrible little boy.

The room was great having a separate area for the tv and sofa. As well having the kitchenette though i did not use that only staying for 2 nights. One fantastic benefit the room had was lots of electrical sockets. In this modern day with all our electrical devices - iPads . Mobile phones and such, and each person with their own devices, there was ample sockets to charge multiple devices. Unlike other places where i have had to unplug lamps and take it in turn with the family to charge our phones, this was great to have all the electrical sockets.

The only small thing i would have liked was to have English breakfast tea as an option at the breakfast room. There were herbal teas which i do like herbal tea, but there was no english breakfast or black tea. I don’t drink coffee, however this is not a complaint as they did provide the English breakfast tea in the room. And I appreciate that there are few people who drink English breakfast tea as their preference in the morning.

Hotel was spacious and modern! Staff were friendly. Hotel is located near downtown and walkable to restaurants. They offer valet parking but there is limited street parking.

When I asked for an extra blanket, it had a stain on it. Also, the thermostat in the room wasn’t function properly. To change the temperature, I had to turn it off, then on to change the temperature. Also, 1 elevator didn’t work on date of check out. No sign wasn’t placed on the elevator. Wish the pool was a location where you get more sunlight. It’s located in between the hotel property and apartment building next to it so the sunlight is blocked for most of the day. You would think they would have it heated with the lack of sunlight but it’s cold.

Clean, modern hotel. Comfortable, quiet room.

Not being told up front of a $100 pet fee. Advertisements say pet friendly, but showed no cost to do so. It was only when I brought my dog in that the front desk attendant noticed it and said I should have told him of the dog. Why not ask? If the fee is not easily found in the hotel sites, I would expect not to have a fee. Secondly, for the room rate, I felt the furnishings, etc. were less than the luxury I would have expected. Just a routine Monday night, nothing special going on, no holiday. Thirdly, $16 for an ice cream sandwich??? It's Raleigh, not NYC.

We liked the views from the resturant and the food was good in the resturant and the breakfast was wonderful too. The pics displayed in the hotel were beautiful! They told the story of the seaboard railway station!

I did not like being on the 6th floor under the resturant!!! We heard everything!!! Chairs moving, carts rolling, dropping things on the floor! We thought they were still working on the hotel but realized the time and the noise we were hearing was the resturant getting busy after hours!! If you are tired and trying to relax/sleep you can not due to noise above your head! Resturant floor needs to be sound proofed. The amount of money being paid you need peace and quiet.My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary there. We enjoyed the resturant and the views but the noise in our room was horrible!!

These are mini apartments, which was a great option for us travelling as a family. Hotel is new and nestled in among a new food precinct - some of which isn't open yet, but our teenagers enjoyed the Starbucks and Ice cream shop opposite. Rooftop bar has a great vibe and extremely popular with locals. Staff were efficient and helpful. Pool and gym a good addition. Parking also available. About a 10 minute walk into Raleigh downtown.

Breakfast had run out before I arrived so only oats available. Terrible coffee. Nothing else I didn't like.

Everything was brand new. Hotel opened less than two weeks ago, from my understanding. The staff had their A++ game on. Free parking, and also walkable to downtown. Some of the softest hotel towels outside of the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton.

Because the hotel was so new, I think there were some last minute adjustments being made to our room just before we checked in (couch cushion removed, fridge door opened, found a nail on the carpet). Would not hesitate to stay there again.

it was conveniently located with good food around it and coffee across the street. The kitchenette was amazing for staying healthy while traveling for work. The gym was clean and well stocked with actual weights. The staff were helpful but also cool and not overbearing. Breakfast was plentiful and good. I’ll be back.

The rooms were clean and pleasantly decorated, and the pool was absolutely lovely

It was advertised as being just a few blocks from the red hat amphitheater but when we got there, we found out it was more than a mile away, which was very inconvenient and required us to pay more money related to Lyft, whereas we could have gotten a hotel closer

Honestly the best stay ever, the staff was super accommodating and friendly. The hotel comes with a lot of extras including a pool, free breakfast, and EV chargers! I know where to go next time I stay in Raleigh.
