I didn’t like when I arrived in the lobby I was in line and I was ignored by one of the Italian. I don’t know the or orient of him, but he was very rude. You took my car. Didn’t explain anything about the hotel or anything and then told me a charge that didn’t tell me what the hold was for it wasn’t a charge. It was a whole. I just felt like he ignored me, but the African-American lady on the other side was very friendly and I hate to say that’s what I wish she would have waited on me other than that my experience was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel, completely renovated (don't look at photos and reviews from a few years ago). Now it is really stylish in the hall, while the rooms are really large, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with large shower. Just 10 minutes from the Raleigh airport. All the staff are young, very courteous and helpful. Clean gym with everything you need. Fair quality/price ratio, if it is under $160 (max $170) per night including taxes. I had 2 dinners at the restaurant next door (Tony Roma's) which is very worth it!!! Very good food and drinks, super staff. I will definitely return if I ever pass through this area.

The breakfast. It was ok (I had the omelettes), but I expected better cutlery and service for the type of hotel. I invite the staff there to be careful cleaning and disinfecting the tables after someone has eaten there... thank you.

Pleasant staff Clean tile floor rooms. Most hotels have dirty looking carpet. Loved the shower layout. Although the title cocking was dark & made the shower appear dirty the shower was clean.

The decatur in our room to use for water had liquid in it. Could be from where it was cleaned, however I didn’t want to figure it out. Restaurant attached closed too early, 9pm. Wish it closed later even if with an appetizer only menu option was available. We hated that we missed eating there by 2 minutes due to getting to the hotel late.

Our room was very clean and actually smelled fresh. I love the ambient lighting in our room which helped me get to sleep which was very important after an exhausting day of traveling. If we are ever in Durham again, we will definitely choose this hotel.

I love everything in the hotel although I could use a firmer set of pillows. Others would probably like the cloud like softness but I am used to firmer pillows esp since I have acid reflux which requires me to always lay down with my head propped up properly.

It was a beautiful facility. Also really appreciated having an actual well-known restaurant within the hotel (Tony Roma’s) - it made dinner plans very convenient.

The breakfast situation was disappointing. We were told they served breakfast, but when we arrived to the breakfast area, it was a hunch of snacks, pre-packaged breakfast foods and cereal. We found out that they are having to get a new permit to serve traditional breakfast, so hopefully that will be resolved soon.

From the moment we checked in we were greeted and spoke to like we had been friends for ages. The lobby was very clean and the fire place lit was so welcoming, especially since it was raining out. The room was a lot larger than we expected. The bathroom was so beautifully laid out and also larger than expected. The bed was very comfortable. We called down to ask for an extra pillow and a couple extra towels...for some reason there are only two towels in a room and most women need at least two towels....but they had them up to us in less than 5 minutes. I was not expecting it that quickly, most hotels we go to and ask for extra towels take at least an hour. Service here is top notch! The restaurant on site is very convenient, especially since it was raining, and we didn't have to leave to get dinner. Starbucks in the lobby was an added bonus for the morning as well.

The only complaints we had.... Starbucks was only open until 10am. Also, the qr code to the restaurant that we scanned in the room to get an idea of what the restaurant had available...the prices didn't match what the menu had once we actually got into the restaurant. The prices were higher downstairs. Had we known, we would have stayed upstairs and ordered room service.

I and my husband really enjoyed the one night stay, every thing was very nice, the only thing that was a issue for us was our comforter on the bed when we got in the bed and lifted up the comforter it appeared to have many stains or was dirty, so we slept a thin sheet dew to the comforter looking the way it did, other than that the rest of the bedding was very clean and comfortable bed! Nice room very nice shower! Would stay agin!

Location and facility was great! Very clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful during out stay. We did not have breakfast there but it was offered and Tony Ramas was attached if you were looking for a meal without having to leave.

The only thing that I didn't like was the comfort of the bed. Obviously that can be a personal preference but for me it just wasn't comfortable.

Everything was above EXCELLENT!! From the location, decor, friendly front desk staff, easy check in, restaurant on-site, cleanliness of the hotel and room, relaxing, peaceful and quiet, and comfortable beds!! Just everything was perfect!

When my stay was over, I didn't want to leave....

Everything. The front desk person was very nice and informational. The design of the hotel, fabulous. The room was immaculately clean, plenty of space and the bed...OMG. We slept like a baby. We did not want to leave. Tony Romo restaurant can be accessed the the lobby. Perfect. Rookies bar and grill across the parking lot. This one nailed it.

I didn't like we only stayed one night.
