Simple room but clean and comfortable.

We arrived on a delayed flight after midnight and it was impossible to get a room. The computer won’t let them rent the room after midnight. Never heard of such absurdity. We ended up booking through booking and basically had to trick the system. And airport hotel should have the flexibility!! No airport shuttle after midnight even though when we had called earlier they told us it was on demand. Didn’t tell us that it was only through midnight on demand and then stops. We had to take Uber which was $20 for 2 miles.

Great Stay !!! Shuttle to airport is big plus. No carpets is another big plus. Staff is helpful, thank you.

Managers please check beds angle and you will find that head side is lower then legs ( should be opposite ) , blood stream pressure goes to you brain and that why many people wake up more tired in hotels. I always sleep my head where bed legs .

I called multiple times to make sure there was a pack and play for my 1 year old, and it was confirmed even the morning of my stay. Once I landed in Raleigh they told me it wasn’t functional so my 1 yr old had to sleep on the floor on pillows and blankets to prevent her from rolling off the bed. Also I purchased a room with a tub for her to have a bath and I didn’t get a room with a tub.

The breakfast was fair, tho the set up was very nice. The filtered water fountain was great to see and use.

The cost of beverages was ridiculously high. Some of the room was dusty. There could have been more options. Bagels, chicken or turkey sausage, etc.

Very accommodating and kind staff. Very clean and lovely lotion and soaps to try! Loved the decor as well.

My only complaint is it seems the walls are very thin so we heard our neighbors quite often. We used a white noise app overnight so that helped.

Loved the location to Cary, NC and the airport. They offer a shuttle service which was very convenient. The staff was exceptional. Noted great teamwork keeping the facility clean. Enjoyed the breakfast.

I think they could use larger, newer pillows. Very small and lumpy.

Our plane was diverted to Raleigh & we had to stay overnight unexpectedly. We knew we could count on a Hilton hotel

Nothing, it is a no frills hotel with thoughtful amenities.

The hotel is modern, clean and exactly as pictured. Every staff member is welcoming, polite and helpful. We loved the bright and varied seating areas as well as the game play area in the lobby. We also enjoyed having hot food items at breakfast every morning with coffee available all day. This was a great, relaxed family stay.

Be sure to actually call for the shuttle from the airport after arriving as it isn’t necessary on a scheduled rotation. Also note that most of the Dish Network channels came through with poor signals, making the tv unwatchable for us. My suggestion would be that the hotel setup app features on the room TVs so guests can use their own streaming subscriptions in the room.

Breakfast was decent. Location was very close to airport, but didn't hear too much airplane noise. I truly appreciate the game area, the various games and plenty of games to choose from

Excellent location, love the downstairs of the hotel, clean, friendly staff, Great for Pets and families. Shower pressure was amazing .

The pillows are awful and the toilet pressure is very low.
