The hotel was fine for the one night I stayed. I didn’t get to use the pool or other amenities because I wasn’t there long enough. The staff at check in and at check out were great.

There was no soap in the bathroom dispenser and the elevators were a little sketchy. One of the elevator doors was shaking while it was moving and didn’t seem fully connected. Also, I woke up with three bite marks which I’m pretty certain might be from bed bugs. I’m going to wait and see how they look over the next couple of days, but from researching online, that is most likely what they are.

Loved everything, super nice and pretty and friendly. But......it was so noisy. We were on the 2nd floor, people outside on the ground sounded like they were right at our window. Paper thin walls, ppl banging and slamming doors etc. It was so weird how beautiful a place it was but it's def not insulated. If you're a light sleeper like me it was kind of tough. Hubs sleeps deeply but took him a bit. He was even saying " are ppl moving in or are they working in the rooms?" Seems like both. Very nice staff and beautiful hotel. Just be careful if you sleep light I'd all.

The shuttle to and from the air port was exceptional. The water and air conditioner were perfect. The complimentary shower soaps were perfect. The internet was great. The fridge was cold. The microwave worked great. The hair dryer worked. The tub drained with no standing water while showering. The staff were helpful but quick to assume.

The check-in desk was understaffed. The elevators were scary at times with the way the doors slam and shift. The room door handle sticks from the inside. The bathroom door was hinged out of square, and we had to slam it closed. The freezer area in the mini fridge was solid ice. The headboards were loose, every time you touched the bed, it hit the wall, and one mattress made a significant amount of noise while my wiggly sleeper moved all night.

I like that it was six minutes from the airport. Also, I like how clean and comfortable the room was when I arrived with my girlfriend. Breakfast was WONDERFUL and DELICIOUS!

When I arrived late at night, I was told that I could prepay for breakfast. I thought I had paid by what the receptionist told me. The next morning, the dining receptionist told me that it wasn't included.

I like that the location is very close to the airport.

I didn't like that there was a van blocking the hotel lobby check-in parking entrance cause me to have to reverse out very small parking entrance. The hotel should make check-in entrance parking wider to allow other vehicles to pass parked cars while check-in.u

We had a very unexpected stay here. The airport hotel where we had originally planned to stay had no power when we went to check in there. After waiting several hours, we decided we had to make alternative plans and were able to book last minute at this hotel. The rooms were great. The shuttle service was friendly and efficient for both airport drop off and pickup. Sleep-and-fly parking rate was very affordable, especially considering that everything was arranged last minute. They really came through for us!

I read the listing as breakfast was included. However, breakfast was available for an extra charge.

Great customer service the night manager was very friendly and helped us out. We had an unforeseen layover in Raleigh and needed a place to stay and we came in pretty late and he was attentive and gave great Customer Service.

The staff were very professional and helpful! The reception and entrance area smelled very welcoming!

The hallway carpets upstairs need to be replaced they look worn out and not very clean.
