Bathroom tub needs deep cleaning and work. Liked that it had jets in the tub but routine maintenance needed to be done. The tub stopper didn't work completely. I'm a make-it-work type of girl. That needed cleaning and maintenance as well. Did not call front desk though. Late night Updating would be great if was simply the curtains, bath & closet area

The customer service I received from the attendant when I checked in was excellent. He was pleasant and understood my concerns regarding the available parking. Since it was late when I checked in there was no close parking to the hotel. The attendant allowed me to park in the back of the hotel and stood at the door to let me in and assure my safety.

Although the room itself was clean I did find hair in the tub which let me to believe it hadn't been cleaned properly.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable

Some of the people walking around were a little sketchy but other than that I had a great stay and the pool wasn’t working or was out of commission. I should say so we ended up hopping over to the Holiday Inn and using their pool

Stayed here for only a few hours before taking a 5am flight from RDU. Everything was fine, room was comfortable, and front desk staff was very pleasant. RDU is only a few minutes away and easy to access from the hotel.

I can't think of anything. Again, we were only there for a few hours.

The stay was excellent and the staff was very nice.

I had problems with my uber app and it was too early for a shuttle so I took a cab. The criminal charged me $30 (uber would charge a little over $11)so it was not the hotels fault but i recommend not using a taxi service around the airport.

the room was nice and had plenty of space. the staff was very friendly the beds were very comfortable

breakfast was just small muffins, cereal, yogurt or make your own waffles. wish places would go back to making regular breakfasts if they are going to have breakfast at the hotel

Lvp flooring in the room, breakfast started at 6.

The air conditioning unit was very loud and clicked to the point where I couldn't sleep with it on and I ended up sleeping poorly anyway because then I was too warm.

Employees were friendly, shuttle service to airport was great, room was nice and clean.

Didn’t get my wake up call, found out when I checked out that something was wrong with it. Alarm clock in my room had not been changed to daylight saving time. Door handle inside my room to go out came off in my hand, found screw for it on the carpet. I called to let them know but told them I was good for the night they could fix it tomorrow. These are small details for me. The good was better then the negative… but I wanted to answer your question truthfully.

Clean and quiet. Easy check in. Free cookies in the evening we got their. And cold lemon water in the lobby!! So good.

The shower had a single nozzell (one of the older types) that was a bit tricky to adjust water temp. But got it eventually and it was fine.
