Reasonable pay that matches room/property

The a/c unit ran water when in use , under kitchen sink water started running on last day of stay , there was 2 bugs found after doing a spray down with bug spray , window on right was broken and left side was lockable, under bed was a dirty ruched up rag if you know you know , this is room 309 I am writing a review about if possible of having to go back I would recommend another room and sit n wait for cleaners to re clean room

The access to going out your own door without having to walk through an entire hotel and lobby is priceless. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, as well as down to Earth. Many of the negative reviews plaguing this property is from folks who didn’t appreciate how the people who stay long term keep a watch out for them and report issues to management (not in a nosey/caddy way), but to protect everyone. As a female with children staying here, I know I’m safe and my concerns and feelings are validated and heard by the staff. I can’t say enough good things about the staff/management and convenience. The prices get better the longer you stay. It’s one of the few places that have kitchenettes and the folks who are long term are respectful and protective. The only negative thing I’ll say is the dryers are small and take too long/cost too much to dry a load of laundry, but there are plenty of laundromats (including 24 hour ones) should you choose to go elsewhere for your laundry.

It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay for a couple nights. I would probably stay again.

The room was not as clean as expected when we arrived and the policies for certain things were a little extreme. In the evening it was loud outside of my specific room. But overall it was comfortable. I would still stay again!

If wanting a place to save money for yourself a great stay for long term , if just passing by and needing something short term great pick for pricing value

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for me since it’s very close to the airport. Everything went smoothly — I would definitely stay here again!

The rates were kind of high & your charged for services that you don't get charged for at other extended stay hotels & the pet fee is high

I loved how clean the room was and it was very nice and spacious. Nice and quiet area.

The refrigerator was ugly. I tried to clean it but I think it just may need painting. And stove light did not work.

Everything was fine, however, the bed was a bit hard.

I tried using the room phone to call the receptionist to get some information, but never got through. There was no wifi, or instructions to connect to one

The door gets stuck when opened. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, so I had to leave.
