The room was a suite and we had our own separate area away from our daughter. She felt like she had her own space. The full size kitchen and the fireplace was amazing

I was not made aware of a $250 deposit that because I used a debit card came out of my account and I have to wait up to a week to receive that money back. I paid up front so it would not be something I needed to worry about taking care of and having an additional $250 taken from my checking acct and having to wait up to a week to get it back could have hurt me. I know most hotels will charge you if there is damage but usually don’t automatically take it at check in you are only charged it there is damage.

I arrived at 3:30 pm but check-in was at 4 pm. I waited in the lobby/lounge area. My son wanted to play basketball, so he asked Ms. Kim at the front desk for a ball and he went off to play. I went to the front desk to ask a few questions and Ms. Kim was so pleasant and professional. She provided me with a list of restaurants. We decided on Bone Fish Grill which was only a 8 minute drive from the hotel. I met Ms. Effi when we checked out atgreat! am and she was also very professional and pleasant. My overall experience was really good.

I wish check-in was at 3pm. After traveling all day, I just want to check-in as soon as possible.

The beds were so comfy and pillows were nice and firm not flimsy. Also the towels were high quality. The breakfast was nice too, quite the variety and the young man in the kitchen was very nice with a smile on his face early in the morning too ! I would stay here again, great location to airport. Just not near exit doors TOO LOUD ALL NIGHT!

My bedroom room 118 was lined up with the side exit door and it made quite a racket everytime someone came thru 900 Pm -11:35 PM and finally At 210 AM the last BOOM! AM kinda slept, kinda didn't. Early flight next day so I just wanted to sleep a little in my comfy bed. Oh well, you live and learn

The suite was perfect 👌 There were five of us, and it had so much room. My daughters had their own space with a bathroom. Loved it! The lady at the desk was very kind and friendly. She explained that we could park our car there and take the shuttle to the airport. We were so relieved. One less thing to worry about! When we got back, we only had to wait for about five minutes for the shuttle to take us back to the hotel to pick up our car. It was so convenient.

Nothing at all!!

I paid for 2 rooms, because booking.com had some errors on their end so my reservation didn't show up and the desk clerk booked me into a room. But when I woke up I saw that I was charged at the desk and with booking.com. I contacted booking.com and they refused to refund any money so basically I paid twice the price of 1 room. The hotel was great the staff at the desk was great but my experience of paying double was not ok.

Paying 2 times for 1 room. I am very unhappy with that.

Quiet even though next to airport Unit was very clean. The hallways and room smelled good and we were in a dog room. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows Personnel were nice. Some nice amenities such as fire pit with comfortable chairs basketball court and grill. Pool looked well kept and had towels. I believe they had an airport shuttle also

There was a small amount of trash and some cigarette butts around but may have been due to lack of trashcans by doorways A couple of the exterior doors could use some work as they were difficult to pull open.

The hotel was immaculate!! The king size was extremely comfortable! It was the best bed that I've ever slept in!! Ms. Angela , Ms. Kim and the housekeeping department are all phenomenal! Exceptional customer service was implemented and staff very helpful to all of us. My team and I stayed here 9 days for business. We're looking forward to returning here in the near future! I would rate this hotel 1000000000 stars if it was possible. We had an amazing experience!

Not enough luggage carts to transport to your room.

Location was good. Shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was excellent, very spacious, like an efficiency apartment. It had a kitchen equipped with full stove and oven, microwave, full refrigerator, dishes, cooking utensils, sink, counter space, dishwasher, small sitting bar with 2 bar stools. Additionally, it had a large desk with chair, internet. Even though the hotel was very close to the airport, I didn't hear any airplanes.

It was very late at night when I got in. I had to ask for another room, because the one originally assigned to me had cigarette smell. However, the hotel staff was very apologetic and they reassigned another room immediately.

We loved the suite style of the room. Well equipped kitchen. There was even a fireplace in the room! Very comfortable and clean. Also, very quiet. I chose the location to be close to Dukes surgery center in Morrisville. Only a five minute drive so very convenient.

Because the main building is where the breakfast is located, all the suites are in different buildings. On two different occasions I was locked out of my building because the mag door locks were not functioning. I had to go back to the front desk and get new keys, and even then two of the three locks would not respond. We were also never told that housekeeping is only provided weekly and not daily. Because we were only there for two nights, I wasn’t aware that I needed to dry my own towels, so that I could reuse them the next day. Also, no garbage pick up, and when you are in a suite, then you will have way more garbage than normal . There were garbage bags stacked outside sweets, all the way up and down hallways and it’s not very pleasant to look at.

I liked the rooms and Felicia was very helpful and attentive. I was checked in quick and my room was pristine. When I needed a bit more time to gather my belongings for checkout Felicia was understanding, patient, and helpful.

The deposit was a bit high and the elevator wasn't working, although they offered to help get bags up.
