Nice and respectful staff. Good attempt to resolve issues. I appreciate their consideration to help. This is my second time staying there, and they have been consistent with the kindness.

Main problem was the horrible dirty smell in the room that I have never experienced before. They had no air sprays because they stated guests may be allergic. However, the discomfort with not being able to take normal breaths was incredibly difficult after one night, so they offered me a cleaner and bigger room the next night. I was very disappointed with their cleaning standards, but appreciated the effort to correct my concern.

Our family was in town to watch our family member play in the NCAA Women's Tournament. After booking at another hotel that did not meet our expectations, we were able to book with your hotel. Abbie was so professional and accommodating as we dealt with issues at the other hotel. She was very concerned about the issues we had experienced at the other hotel chain and made it possible for us to move over to Hampton Inn without any interruption in our plans. She went over and beyond!

There is nothing that I would change. Your hotel met and exceeded my expectations.

The room was fantastic, with lots of room. The kitchenette was odd as no extras provided (including trash) but lots of storage for the microwave. The hotel is 10 mins walk from Downtown Chapel Hill. The staff were fantastic, doing their best for their guests.

Though Breakfast is free, it is not amazing. I had to ask every day for the coffee to be refreshed. The one member of staff responsible was always on it, despite having to replenish the counters and clearing up.

Breakfast was way better than I expected. We were there for a concert at cats cradle and very close walking distance. Had an awesome taco truck across st at midnight for after event. Awesome place overall!!!

I don't have any complaints. Parking is however located only on floor 4 and above. Iy would have been nice to park on lower level as they were completely empty when I checked in and are for ppl attending local events as well as the hotel.

We were seeing a show at the cat’s cradle so it was great to just walk across the parking lot. Also there were several restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Also there was another staff person whose name I didn’t get but who was tidying up the breakfast area. He was so friendly and helpful to the guests.

Can’t think of anything. We had a great time and will return.

Location was great. Easy to walk around the city.

Other than our room the entire building was so hot. Maybe the air wasn’t working - but it was very uncomfortable. Stephanie who was there when we first arrived for checking was great. The next day the staff didn’t speak to us at all. It was odd.

Huge and very comfortable room, friendly front desk staff, nice location, breakfast included, and the chocolate chip cookie treats! We didn’t use it but the pool looked nice.

Parking was $20/24 hrs and while its location was nice, it was a little further than I thought to UNC campus and Franklin St restaurants (20-30 min walk). A/c in the room was noisy.

The location was excellent for my needs. I wanted to be close to Cat's Cradle for a concert. Being within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants in Carrboro was very pleasant and convenient. They also allowed me to check in early which was awesome. All the staff were friendly and helpful, excellent service.

No fridge or microwave in the room. It would be nice to have even the tiniest fridge for convenience.

Convient and clean

Bed lamp flickered on/off .Hot water was off for a while due to a pipe break . Parking garage owned by a different company and was an extra chore to park. Desk should be able to do that for guests and pay with reimbursement by guest.

The gentleman that was at the desk the evening of my check in provided excellent customer service. There was an unhappy customer he handled with such Grace and made those of us waiting in line feel good and valued as he got to each of us one by one. He was great!

I woke up with a bug in the bed right by my pillowcase. I didn’t see any other bugs in the bed when I stripped it back so I didn’t say anything. I suppose that can randomly happen but it due freak me out a little.
