The property location was perfect! I was in the UNC hospital and living 5 hours away, it’s hard for my husband to go back and forth. He stayed here with the kids while my mom stayed with me. They were able to walk to get donuts and other food! I was finally released and we ate breakfast outside and it was beautiful! The breakfast bar was always filled and fresh! Of course my kids LOVED the indoor pool! Thank you to all the staff!

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact there were like three TINY trash cans. I wish there was at least one normal size trash can!

I loved the separate toilet from the shower. I loved the shower. It was clean and comfortable. I loved having two beds and a separate sitting area and sleeping area. I loved the use of the fridge.

The bed was not as soft as I like. I am a side sleeper and it was not as comfortable as I would like. I did not think the shower got hot enough for me. I like to take a hotter shower. I never used the pool but it looked inviting and nice.

I loved that the staff was so helpful. I was very harried during my visit because I had a lot to get done but the staff was excellent and supportive. I even forgot my hand baggage during check out and the hotel kept it for me until I was able to pick it up several *weeks* later. Relative to other places close to Chapel Hill, the price for the location is fair. The breakfast was really good.

There was a bit of a wait for check in. The facility is clean but feels a bit tired. My bigger gripe is with the price of lodging in the Chapel Hill area overall, and not just at this hotel.

Loved the lady at the front the night of the 10th I would love to have her name so I can send her a thank u note personally! She was so kind! Also we have stayed there before and will definitely stay again if we have to come back to Durham for doctor!

I wish the toilet was in the room with the shower lol

Location was extremely clean, excellent location, very nice and helpful staff, breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. I liked the bathroom setup with a shower and sink on one side and a toilet and sink on the other side.

Wish the vending machines on each floor worked instead of having to go to the little market on the first floor, because the lobby was about $1.50 more than the the vending machines. But I guess that’s a good business plan, a better plan would just be not to have the vending machines at all if they aren’t working or being used any longer.

I was in town for a surgery that I’ve been needing and we found this hotel last minute and it was amazing. The front desk was amazing. Idk his name, but he was astounding. He helped me every step of the way and the rooms, where do I start? The layouts were immaculately clean and the level of cleanliness was out of this world. I will definitely be staying here again.

Location, great staff

Any shower after 10am was Luke warm at best. Visiting soccer teams overran the breakfast line and eating area

Staff was great, indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym. Location was great and convenient

A few minor details, burned out light bulbs, refrigerator did not work, my bed had no cushion life left in mattress.

Room was well-maintained and very comfortable -

Requested room maintenance service for the next morning (was asked if I wanted the room cleaned when I checked in) - room was not done upon my return that afternoon - I had invited a friend up pre dinner - was a little embarrassing to have an unmade bed - I would have done it myself if I had known they would not honor my request.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of breakfast options. The location was close to major highway and offers many dining and shopping options.
