I was extremely happy with my stay at Hyatt House. Honestly, when I booked it, the price was so reasonable that my expectations were kind of low. However, when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the above and beyond service that was provided by every single staff member I encountered, the extreme cleanliness of the place, and the size of the room and comfort of the bed. I traveled by myself, but every day would talk to my husband and kept raving about how happy I was with how nice the place was. I even asked the front desk clerk if the place was new, because the facilities are in such great shape.

I can't think of a single thing that I didn't like. I wasn't super excited about the breakfast offerings because I like pastries or donuts, but I think the average person would be very pleased with what was offered.

We chose this hotel close to the airport with a airport shuttle for a recent trip. Super helpful staff, excellent shuttle service and a comfortable room. We had to leave without trying the breakfast due to an early flight, but our meal from the bar was very good.

Usually I bring a portable travel fan with me for sound, but I forgot it. One thing I would have liked on the heating and cooling unit in the room would be 'fan on' option vs. it coming on and off at night.

There was a mix-up about our room. I reserved a King Suite and they tried to give me a Studio King. I showed them my original reservation and they stated that "Booking.com" made the mistake. They changed our room. There was only ONE phone and it didn't work so when there was an issue I had to call using my cell. The suite was clean and there was some housekeeping. The bathroom tub was a bit dangerous it had NO grab bar at all. The showerhead was terrible. The Breakfast provided was OKAY. Having to pay for parking was a bit of a surprise. It wasn't garage parking. Again the kitchen had no table or chairs. Overall the people were very nice to us.

This hotel is okay but really didn't suit me or my taste in comfort.

Let me begin by saying that the staff here are extremely friendly and always willing to be helpful. The breakfast is good. I wish they had individual yogurts, but the food was good quality and there was always fresh fruit and plenty of coffee and tea. The beds are comfortable, excellent pillows, and the suites are generously sized. I love having a big fridge in the room - the stove-top is kind of a waste of space. This is a wonderful place to stay - especially if you're staying for an extended period of time. The fitness center is of a good size for this hotel type - always had fresh towels and sanitary wipes available; there's also water in the FC. The rooms are showing their age - especially in the bathrooms - But they were very clean. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Ironing board but no safe.

Enjoyed our stay, property was nice. Check in and out was easy.

I did notice a spot on the ceiling and it was an odd smell coming from the vent. Hopefully it’s nothing too serious. The young lady that checked us in you could tell she was still in training and she asked a question and the woman who answered was a bit rude.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was awesome, staff friendly. Close to highway and close to other restaurants. I loved it.

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking, it was an open parking and there was no need to pay, due to no secure parking

Very Clean, Has everything you need whether you want to cook in or deliver. The Breakfast the hotel offers is always amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the tv’s are a great size to watch movies and games. This hotel is also family friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and the breakfast was stellar. It’s hard to believe that it was included with our stay. It was a lovely stay!

I honestly cannot think of any improvement. If I must say something, maybe just some signs about the bar. I thought I could go get a late snack but it was closed. I could have certainly missed the signs though.

The room was clean. There were other guests but you could not hear them thru the walls. Nice breakfast spread.

They only had coffee in the room and the ice machine was on the ground floor. Nothing major just not convenient .

The facility is very clean and smells wonderful. Staff very friendly and I loved the king suite...cooktop, fridge separate sleeping space from mail area..loved it
