Our flight was delayed so we arrived exhausted around 1AM. Ron at the front desk greeted me by name when I walked in and had everything ready for me. He went above and beyond to get us to our room as soon as possible and to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This was greatly appreciated after 20 hours of traveling with no sleep!

Great location right by the airport. We used the free airport shuttle to save on parking fees. The shuttle driver was very was friendly and helpful.

We were only there for a few hours, so I cannot speak to most of the amenities or features. The only negative was an old, musty smell to the whole place. Everything else was as expected.

good location, clean, quiet, and was convenient to our venue. Hotel is newer, modern, and we're familiar with the expectations when we stay here.

This time I had an issue in which I was double charged by the hotel with no explanation nor attempt to make it right without the help of Booking.com. This is disappointing but we likely will still stay there again and hope we don't have issues like this time.

Restaurant was not open. But you can get a cocktail if you would like. The hotel staff suggested to order food from a local restaurant which I did and they picked it. That was exceptional. Very pleasant staff!!’

It is important to me to have the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver also drove me nearby to get food.

As a Flight Attendant, I would like to see a courtesy discount offered. You. might get more Flight Attendant business.

Spacious clean/modern rooms

Near Airport so not much around and need car unless you just plan to use their shuttle to the airport

the property is located in a good location. it’s modern, clean, and the staff is very friendly

I didn’t like how the body wash and other bottles in the bathroom were empty, it’s like they didn’t even check them.

Facility is nice and convenient

There was a partially eaten granola bar, open pack of Nutella and trash in the desk cubby. Please make sure that area is also check during cleaning
