I loved how the room was set up. It did not have 2 TVS; 1 FOR Lliving space and 1 for bedroom, it did have a swivel tv that could face either. I loved the location, which was quiet and serene. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It would have been great to have a microwave in the room for convenience, but one was available at all times in the dining area. The staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. I absolutely loved, loved, loved the shuttle service. We dropped off our rental car the day before our flight. The shuttle picked us up from rental car place. We comfortably road on the shuttle the next morning to the airport. We will be returning

A microwave in the room would have been convenient but all other amenities made up for it.

I liked the shuttle service to and from the airport provided by the hotel. Also, the breakfast provided by the hotel was varied. Additionally, the evening staff were pleasantly friendly.

I didn’t like the lack of explanation of the shuttle service upon check-in, especially when it was listed as a special need during reservation. Also, the soap dish in the shower of room 423 was not clean which made me doubt the cleanliness of the room. It had red gummy-looking adhesive on it. Additionally, the morning staff was not very friendly or approachable (customer service skills). Furthermore, the breakfast waffles were overcooked/overheated (hard).

Great shuttle - on time and really nice staff. Helped me get to the checkin gate. The room was big and had a great separate but open sit-down/work area. We used the microwave down in the lounge for our dinner. Staff were very on the ball and pleasant.

Not their fault but just be aware it is in the direct flight path so you do have to wear headphones or something if you go to bed early for an early flight. The planes come in right overhead and they are quite loud (understandable) but I hadn’t thought about that part of being sooo close to the airport :)

A very clean well maintained facility. The staff is welcoming. This facility is very near to an airport and subject to some noise from the aircraft operations and wind directions. Roadwork on the I40 exit ramp makes it somewhat difficult to find the road to the hotel, especially in the absence of street lights. This should resolve once the roadwork is done. We had a very pleasant stay and look forward to returning to the same facility in the near future.

There was three of us originally it was a king bed and a fold out sofa. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded to two double beds and it was a nice larger room.. the continental breakfast was the usual fair but it was very good. Would definitely come back next time we visit Raleigh and the airport

Chocolate chip cookies at the front desk for $4.50 seems a little pricey. Some hotels give them away for free and it's a nice touch

The room was very comfortable the only improvement I suggest is to have an Nesspresso Vertuo machine available ( it can be placed in the lobby) for those of us who like espresso or latte. We had a very early flight and could not connect to airport transportation nor breakfast.

Absolutely everything. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and roomy. The divider between the beds and sofa. The sofa was a wrap around that let out into a bed. Cordless phones, real ice buckets, real glasses and coffee cups. Nice restaurant and bar 24/7. Great food and snacks and the breakfast was great with real plates and silverware. That was very nice. Also very quite. We couldn’t even hear the planes flying over and we were on the 4th floor. Oh and did I mention how clean it was and how AWESOME the staff was? 🤣 Super property!

I can’t think of one single thing I didn’t like about this property. I even enjoyed the planes ✈️ flying over. 🤣

Quick trip...had an early morning flight. Check in was great...really nice folks. Came down later and bought a pre prepared sandwich. It was good and the lady working the bar and Cafe was really nice. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

We had a late flight into Raleigh so we didn't arrive until around 1:00 am. When we arrived, the doors were locked (which I certainly understand). We used the phone provided to notify the front desk. After ringing for about 5 minutes, someone finally appeared. He never once smiled. I think we must have awakened him.

It was clean, quiet and the breakfast offered had everything you could want.

The location was hard to get to since I wasn't using the airport. Construction made it even harder to get to. And charging an extra $50 when I checked in for damage protection was very unexpected.
