Loved how quiet the room in this hotel was. It is an older, solidly built hotel, not flimsy and noisy like more modern hotels. Spacious and comfortable inside, with lots of seating areas in the foyer (also has a decent bar, and a separate sandwich bar open late), there was also plenty of outdoor parking, despite a conference going on the weekend I stayed.

The pet fee was not obvious when I booked and at $150 for 2 nights, on top of my room cost, was more expensive than a lot of other also higher end hotels. The $18 breakfast buffet was surprisingly limited in choice, and had a 10 min queue to be seated because the hotel was hosting a conference. I will stay here again but not bring my dog.

The new look of the hotel itself looks amazing. Love the room set up and decor. We stayed in a guest king and was upgraded upon arrival to a deluxe.

It rained the day of our arrival and I noticed the carpet close to the window was wet. I did not see water dripping from the window seal so not sure how the water got in but our room was on the first floor. That should be looked at in case it spreads further into the carpet/around the room. Our things did not get wet since we moved them & luckily there was no mildew smell. We stayed for 1 night but for future stays room 127 should be checked out for when it rains.

I really liked this property. I am a high floor girly and the guest agent was very accommodating to that. The hotel was very nice and I absolutely will check this property out first when I come back into the area

Parking lot wasn’t well lit and it was far for a single traveler. also the air conditioner made loud noises when turning on and off.

The front desk staff was exceptional! She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The breakfast was great!

The pool area is undergoing some work, but I wish that area was updated prior to my stay.

Staff was excellent! Facilities were clean.

Shower was difficult to start (my wife couldn't turn the handle). Not all elevators were operating and didn't indicate the floors as you traveled.

The room was clean and cozy. Everyone was so nice. Thank you to the gentleman who help me with my bag.

I couldn't get the in-room streaming to work.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly welcoming staff. Food and service were great even though we arrived late.

Parking sinage could be better.

Dusty in room on lamp and baseboards. No extra blanket. No luggage cart. Had to wait for pilots on shuttle. Hot tub not open.

Super friendly staff and such a clean establishment. I’ll be staying here whenever I’m in the area. Rooms were spacious ! Bed was comfortable.
