The property was set back off the highway. I felt safe and secure there. The hotel was beautiful on the outside and the lobby when you walk in it look like a lodge with the fireplace there it was beautiful. And the employees were friendly, helpful they were amazing in other words.

The only thing that I had an issue with was there was a little bit of mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. I reported it the next day to the front desk and she told me I should’ve told them the night before and they would’ve moved me to another room, but I had gotten in so late. I did not feel like, going through all that, but overall, though that one issue, it was a great stay in the property is amazing

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and to my conference ground around RTP! This was such a relief to not have to worry about transport and to have fast reliable transportation by just calling or going to the front desk. The cookies!!! This was a great bonus! The hotel is conveniently located, and it is very clean, and comfortable. The staff were also welcoming annd friendly. Even the shuttle drivers were such sweet people. The WiFi was very fast; and that was very helpful since I was there for a business trip.

I wish the room had a small microwave to help me reheat my food (which I had kept in the fridge in the room). But I noticed a (shared?) microwave near the business area… so that’s also available but I wish it was in my room.

Nice structure, warm atmosphere, few minutes away from the airport.

When I booked our night here, I paid the extra for including breakfast, just to find out once checking in that it was included for just one person out of four... So, there is something wrong in booking or in the deal they have with the structure. Careful if you are booking the room with breakfast included, it won't be for all of you and you have to pay some extra there, I think this is not fair and should be clear when booking and paying online.

The breakfast was great. every morning my parents and I came down for breakfast and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The food was delicious. The space was clean and nice Also the bartender made a great margarita, and was really friendly.

There was some type of test going on during my stay. There seemed to be random people walking around at times.

Very good breakfast buffet options, convenient location, close to the airport and RTP office buildings, helpful and smiling staff, great lobby bar area to hang out with friends/colleagues. I must admit that my experience at the hotel this time has been much better, compared to my January stay. Kudos to the hotel manager and his team for not only reviewing but also acting on guest feedback. Overall, I'd recommend staying at this hotel when visiting the Research Triangle area.

The lobby was warm and welcoming and had a bar and restaurant that were full of people and laughter so it must’ve been good. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful!

Our room was below what I can only imagine was the laundry facility. The washing machine spun and gyrated loudly throughout the day and night. We could also hear the hiss of the water when it would fill the machine. It was kind of bothersome but once we figured out what it was l, it wasn’t as bad.

We really liked the location. It’s in a really good spot and the fact that they had a restaurant/bar was really nice too. Would be nice to sit in the pool too, but can’t do that yet. it was really inviting and the warm cookie at check in was great

To be fully honest, there are some things that could he improved. The property was nice and clean but the rooms had some dated stuff. Going in and upgrading the beds, decor and windows would definitely have a good impact overall

Nice location, very clean.

Not all the staff spoke English so when I had questions, they just answered yes without actually knowing anything. Also, someone in the restaurant area accused my husband of not being a guest at the hotel when he walked in to get me something to eat. That was ridiculous!

The front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. They made our stay inviting. The front entrance of the building was very nice. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area was lovely!

The mattress was old and wore out. Complimentary coffee would have been nice.

I was so looking forward to the “hot chocolate chip cookie” given on arrival to only find that after eating a couple of bites it had pecans (I’m allergic)! Probably shouldn’t have offered a free cookie with any type of nuts but all good
