extremely poor value. overpriced and very standard. nothing special. clean and modern but for the price, not a good value.

My room was a whole vibe. I appreciate ambience and the lighting was very relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice. However, I have never stayed somewhere that nice before so of course I loved it.

The only thing I didn't like was the banging early in the morning. I am not sure where it was coming from, but it wasn't a super big deal.

Good location for Chapel Hill, walkable to food and entertainment downtown, very clean, room was just right for two adults and child on a pull out couch. Friendly staff and bartender.

In-room coffee was low-quality. There was coffee service in the lobby in the morning that was much better, though.

Loved a lot, but I have to say the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I typically can’t sleep in hotels and here I slept throughout the night. I also love that the room was completely dark, which you really can’t find in most hotels.

Having to pay for breakfast

Location was great for UNC Orientation. Facilities were nice and clean.

The challenge we had was sleep (which is the primary reason we had the hotel). We could hear lots of noise in the hallway as doors open/ close and presumably teens ran the hall. But even more challenging was the air temperature in the room. Although, the temp was set low on the thermostat, the AC would stop running until manually lowered again. I tend to be very cold natured so when I complain about the temperature being too high, we know it’s an issue.

Clean - perfect location to UNC - I could walk to my daughter’s dorm and to all restaurants on Franklin. Beautiful hotel - excellent staff.

This is my 2nd time staying - didn’t know I couldn’t get points booking through second party. Shower was a bit dirty first night. Not enough body wash.

Very convenient for walking to UNC Chapel Hill and nearby restaurants. Easy drive for visiting Duke. Hotel was clean with nice lobby and free coffee in lobby in morning. Staff was very nice.

Perfect place for walking around Chapel Hill and UNC. Great staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed as well as we got our Marriott points.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, hard and noisy.

Front desk worker was great at check in as was the bartender. Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern.

Parking spots were small, the deck was dangerous to navigate. There was no lotion provided with toiletries.

Staff was excellent.

Website (Trivago) made it appear that breakfast was included but it was not. Parking was not included either, it's Chapel Hill not Atlanta, parking should be free.
