They provided cookies upon arrival! It brought back good memories of when I used to travel as a child. There were even board games to play in the lobby which is quite large. The hotel was one of our best stays on our trip. We walked around the hotel a few times because it was such a nice place to relax.

There is not a whole lot of things around the hotel so if you want to go eat you will need to go drive somewhere to do it. That being said, it is not far to get to some great eats. We ate at a fantastic Indian restaurant nearby!

Everything all the way down to location. Everything I needed was within walking distance. Plenty to do if I just wanted to relax. Breakfast was always good. Super clean. And not just good for the price it was just good.

Absolutely nothing. It was way more than I expected. Had an issue with travel on my end and it was immediately taken care of by the staff.

The staff were super kind and the room was spacious and clean. I got up for breakfast a tad bit late, but they still gave me a plastic plate and plastic forks so I could grab something to eat on my way out. All of the staff I encountered greeted me with smiles and genuine kindness.

I have no complaints about this property. My flight was canceled and I was willing to travel the distance because the photos and reviews of this hotel and I was not disappointed.

The location was great. We were there to go to the Duke University Hospital and I was surprised at how close the hotel was to the hospital. The breakfast was good. I was glad we didn’t have to leave to get breakfast.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel at all. We love having a suite because we could order take out and could warm up the leftovers.

Second stay in 1 month and wouldn't stay at another hotel in Durham. The staff this visit was great, Terry and Briana made sure my sister, brother and I stayed in rooms near each other. Got an email stating that I left an ear bud in room and my sister, who stayed an extra day, was able to pickup for me.

As I said last time, I hate the one ply toilet tissue.

The staff was exceptional. Every need was met without hesitation. I will definitely book this place again.

One shuttle for multiple hotels was a bummer. We traveled with over 20 people thinking that the shuttle would work but it didn't once we found out it was a minivan and then there was only 1 and it served another hotel.

The breakfast was hot and had all the staples of a hearty breakfast. It was tasty. My one complaint is the juice was watered down. The location was convenient to the triangle and close to the interstate. The front desk was very helpful by bringing us extra pillows. We usually have to go to the desk to get them. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly. Shout out to Wayne for his sunny disposition while getting me checked in and informing me of all amenities. It was a pleasant experience. My suite was phenomenal... lots of space and very clean. I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the games, the breakfast, or the pool, but hope to do so in the future. I will definitely stay again when I'm in town!!

The property was VERY nice. I loved all the space in the lobby area. The price of a suite was reasonable. The room was very comfortable and I will definitely will look for Home2Suite hotels when going out of town. The breakfast was beyond expectations! It was the best breakfast I have ever experienced from a hotel.
