The bed was incredibly comfortable. My husband and I really appreciated how clean our room was. The housekeeping staff was really pleasant.

The water took 3-5 minutes to heat up to a comfortable temperature for showers. The breakfast options were minimal.

This reservation was a stop over from an international flight from Iceland. We stayed one night and had a flight the next morning. Our suite was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Nice furnishings. Great shower, water pressure and hot water. Their hot breakfast was delicious, and they even had crispy bacon! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast host was very nice and was working hard. We used their airport shuttle service to and from the airport. Drivers arrived on time and were very cordial and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The size of the room was great and had all the conveniences one would need. The best part was the staff. We were arriving very late due to an incoming flight, and the woman at the desk was so accommodating and nice. I also thought I would need to cancel the room due to a flight cancelation, but was able to call and retain the room once my travel plans were updated.

The refrigerator and the air conditoner/heater unit were loud, which could keep some awake if they were not as tired and sleep deprived as we were!

I was misinformed on what a deep top was I thought I was going to be able to get a deep tub instead of just got a small tub with the shower they asked me how my trip was in the in the room that they had me in did the property meet your expectations yes it did what the close enough to the airport yes it was

The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. We especially loved Shen/Shein/Shin not sure of spelling. She was so sweet and helpful to us. It was such a comfort after traveling all day. We will stay again just because of her.

Everything was extremely clean and the hotel smelled great. The plug ins in the hallways were so nice. The only thing we found that was not clean and had obviously not been cleaned in a LONG time was the remote for our TV. It had grime built up around the main buttons. I made sure to wash it myself and sanitize afterwards. That was surprising since everything else was so clean.

Shuttle service very helpful. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. Good value for money.

Bathroom and carpet a bit tired. couple minor repair jobs needed - light bulb in one bedside not functioning; other bedside lamp shade at a jaunty angle; ironing board cover with a big hole/rip; fan in bathroom very noisy. Only stayed one night and arrived at midnight - didn’t mention as not big enough to worry me for a single night.

I loved the staff, the breakfast, how close to the airport and to downtown it was, and I absolutely loved the room! It was big enough for the three of us (one being a baby!).

The pool was closed (i think it’s under construction) and I packed mine and my son’s swimsuit in anticipation of it. Definitely not a deal breaker though!

Staff at checkin was extremely professional and welcoming, the receptionist and the shuttle driver(older gentleman). They greeted us and offered assistance.

The younger shuttler driver the next morning could have been more encouraging. We weren't sure who he was when he walked past us to the hotel van. He then waited for us to take our luggage over to the van, that's when we realized who he was. He was not rude just seemed untrained in hospitality.

Comfortable, quiet, good location to be near family and activities. Convenient breakfast, clean breakfast area. Staff accommodated my request to be on a middle level to help mitigate planes overhead.

I did find tears in the bed sheets as well as having to fix the bathroom door handle (screws loose so simply tightened them). Bathroom door had to be propped open due to being out of balance so would always swing closed. Large pothole in the parking lot I had to work to avoid in relatives car (pothole could have damaged the small car).

The room was good. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were there for only one night but I would stay there again for longer if I needed to.

You should make it clear that there is a $10 per day charge for leaving a car. I did not realize this so after some discussion they allowed me to park at no charge. I guess it wasn't communicated to the next person and they called while my husband and I were in the shuttle with other people. The woman was on speaker phone saying that we owed her money for the parking. I'm in the back seat trying to explain. It was VERY EMBARRASSING!!! We were ultimately not charged but there needs to be some training done for communication and addressing people over the phone.
