Room was very clean. Especially for the cost. At the price point I did not expect such kind service and cleanliness. I needed a room for a short visit before an in-town commitment and it got the job done.

There were a few people out of their rooms and in the area, however, the parking lot was well lit and all my belongings remained safe. Again, at the price point, very secure.

We were allowed to check in early, and given a room on the first floor, which accomodated some mobility issues. The reception staff was very pleasant, gave us a lovely goodie bag, and had nice graduation decorations!

The floor in the room wasn't as clean as it could have been.

The lady at check time was wonderful. I like that it wasn’t far from my son hospital appointment. The room and beds were great. We got good sleep.

There were a few drug dealer down about six rooms from us that had a lot of traffic.

The bed are nice and comfortable.

The smell of the room were pretty awful. And the room didn’t have a fridge nor a microwave. And we needed extra toilet paper too. Other then that everything else was good.

The staff was so friendly. The water in the shower was so hot it felt amazing. The surroundings was pretty quiet. No loud music, no loud talking. Its right off the highway and I didn't hear the cars at all.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet as well, no loud guests, which was nice since we had to turn in early. The location was also good for Duke Univeristy.

When we arrived to check in, there was no staff member on duty, so we had to leave and come back to check in. We were also placed on the 3rd floor, which is fine since there was an elevator but the elevator needs to be inspected, as it felt like it was going to drop once it landed on the 3rd floor.

It was a very cozy and comfortable room with space. Plus, a very affordable price.

I liked everything and the rooms were very clean.

Almost didn't book because all the bad reviews I stayed in room 117 it was very clean and got a good night rest I didn't see any bugs.

Price and convenient location

No fridge or microwave, understaffed, your employees are working hard core you should give them a raise for being one man band. They deserve it, especially with how the one guy balanced a mob of customers at check in. There were a few guests that were inconsiderate wankers towards them because of the wait.

Nice and and essential place to stay. Good value for the price. The parking has bright lights all night on and is a safe place.

The entrance door is not sound proof.
