It was quiet.

No hot tub. I’m injured and the photos I saw of the hot tub was a major factor in my decision. Kinda far from the airport.

The breakfast was good but the surprise $18.00 + tax cost was way over rated... just because I booked through booking.com it costed $18.00 instead of the $8.00 I should have paid as a Hilton honors member... changing times ...

As stated above...just because I booked through booking.com ....I have to pay $10.00s more.

Staff acted like they couldn’t be themselves so it was no welcome no smile just straight serious business.i asked a question about the price bc booking said on thing and then he said another he just kept looking at the screen like pay or leave so I said never mind . customer service is horrible.

I understand this property is under renovations. However, the services and hospitality were southern hospitality at its best. The lobby, resturant, bar and the Starbucks also located in the lobby area had a very updated and open concept but maintained a very comfortable feel. We checked in late so we ate a late dinner in the dinning room. (Yes, the resturant was still serving at 9pm) wonderful menue and excellent quality. The breakfast was also very good. (I included breakfast with the reservation) Now of the most important things... even though the room was a little dated it was spacious, very clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable!!! We slept like we were at home! Bonus points: 1) beautiful setting and convenient location in Raleigh! 2) free and incredibly helpful shuttle to the Duke Hospital, Raleigh Campus!!!!! We will stay here again!!!

The front desk woman was rude and unprofessional. I noticed the charge was much higher. We walked back and she dismissive and rude. She said the same thing three times which did not include there was a hold, maybe a incidental hold? I was with my father who somehow understood. She looked right at him and said thank you never looking back at me. I have worked a front desk. First impression of the company. She is not somebody with that aditude any company would want as a first impression. My father and I paid our rooms separately. I would never stay there again because of the way I was treated asking a simple question she never answered. I hope if you keep her, more and more guest follow my lead. I believe I am owed compensation for how rude she was to me.

The hotel is huge and offered everything we needed for a busy weekend in Raleigh. It was extremely easy to navigate and I liked the keyless entry option. I was able to store my bags while waiting for my room to be ready and the cleaning staff kept our room stocked with towels and made beds daily.

The elevator is older and makes a lot of questionable noise. Rooms could use updating and deep cleaning/ dusting. Nothing was truly dirty, things were just worn and probably around for a while.

You should not have to pay to park there. This is a very nice hotel, but its not a 5 star resort.

No hot water , no microwave, 3rd shift worker big girl nasty nasty attitude! Make you pay for breakfast even when you pay it says free breakfast. Make you pay for parking! I switched to 3 rooms still no hot water! The worst birthday ever. That hype you up walking in the hotel with all the attractions but once you get in the room your at super 8 fooled the hell out of me !! I could of spit fire

The staff was exceptional, helpful, courteous& always made you feel like you were the only guest. The older lady at Starbucks (10/25 @5p) made wonderful drinks & was extremely helpful also! Thank you!! The pool is heated,clean & awesome! The shuttle driver was AMAZING. Friday,10/25. The front desk personnel & the driver coordinated our ride to the store to get items needed for the funeral we were here for. They were patient & very accommodating. Breakfast was good. (A little pricey especially for kids). The rooms could use a little updating (window covers,a few cracks in bathroom walls). “Clean” towels had small brown & black stains Overall- We would stay here again!

Price-the room & breakfast…(no discount for Hilton Honors members??)

For access to Duke Medical Center, it was perfect! The hotel chef was gracious enough to prepare a nice creamy soup for my post-surgical needs. He went above and beyond.

The breakfast buffet was ridiculous at $21 per person. The in-room safe was broken and the room AC sounded like a mac truck taking off every time it came on. It cuts off about 3 in the morning and stops cooling the room. It was noticeable. I wish there would have been a microwave in the room.
