Nice clean friendly staff except 1 -she was a third shift night worker my husband went downstairs around 2:30-3:00 a. M to grab a drink and a snack so that i could take medicine and the front desk lady ( shirt african american woman ) was rude told him she was busy doing an audit and that she couldnt ring up his snack and drinks that he needed to come back i called down there and told her that was silly that all she had to do was write down the room number …he waited about 45 min and went back down to get it other then her——-the staff were great and iur room was clean

Check-in and check-out were a breeze. At check-in they even offered complimentary water and warm cookies (asked for any nut allergies for the cookies also which we don’t have but found extremely courteous). Clean, spacious room. Very close to the venue we were visiting.

Clean modern feel. Polite helpful staff. Bed very comfortable.

Our initial greeting at reception was abrupt and unfriendly, however other members of the staff compensated for this.

The area

The tub was clogged, and wouldn't drain, I reported it to the front desk room 308 so hopefully someone fix it.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and the cookies-oh them cookies quite addictive and very good!!!

They did not have breakfast that was included with our stay.

The hotel is in a good location, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s only a minor thing, but there was no on-going coffee in the lobby.

We had a spacious room. Nice bartender. Nice pool

The elevator was sketch. The bar closed at 11 and food stopped at 10:30 so felt alittle early

Clean, welcoming, and modern.

The bar didn't have garnish for alcoholic beverages.

Great staff, great location. The room was spacious and had every amenity needed.

Only issue we had was the floor need the bed seemed to have a leak somewhere.

I would like to express our appreciation to the staff because we are disabled people and you made our stay more enjoyable and memorable. Special mention to Jeffrey, I hope I remember his name correctly. He is the one who oversees the food corner where we can purchase sandwiches and others. He is patient and welcoming.
