We had the most inviting, comfiest stay we have ever had in all of our stays The room was nice and spacious. Both queen beds the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, in any of the hotels we have ever stayed at.We slept well and through the night and woke up rested and no backaches! Had a hot breakfast every morning, except the last day, as we checked out before breakfast was open.

While we had our wonderful stay.. there was a tour bus of young kids staying at hotel..it was not a quiet stay. Having someone prank calling our room once, the kids being loud, running up and down the hallway/floor above us in the morning and at night but I remember back at thier age on a trip being chaperoned and away from the parents, they were enjoying themselves and weren't harming anyone. We still enjoyed our stay and quite frankly the bathroom, foyer/kitchenette/ sitting area and our beds were far enough from the door to hallway to alleviate some of the noise. FYI waffle maker needs oil spray- waffles were sticking.

Our stay was really good! Very nice, clean room and very quiet. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. My only complaint is that our room had a really bad odor like musty feet and I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front desk when checking out. He mentioned that there had been some sort of leak a couple weeks earlier so we assumed that was the source of the issue. Over all it was a great experience and we would definitely stay with you again if we need a hotel while in Raleigh

Only the smell in the room

The front desk person was so pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff were on it. Room was comfy and clean. Elevator didn't stink. All amenities were working and available. Their snack market had lil frozen pizzas and ice cream to munch on after the show. Breakfast was great. All round great stay. We will stay here next time we go to a concert at Walnut Creek.

Nothing. It was a good experience.

The breakfast was decent and plentiful. There were a variety of choices so that was good. Nice assortment of fresh fruit to have so all was well.

I did not like the gym. It felt like an afterthought, tucked in a small room by the exit. The treadmill didn't work and the 3 other machines were antiquated. ditch the machines and put in free weights with a bench and you'll have a better gym. You can tell no one has used the facility in a long while because an empty water container remained in the dispenser for duration of my stay. Also, there was a homeless man sleeping on the bench where the designated smokers signs were placed. That was problematic.

The room was spacious and clean, I appreciate vinyl flooring so much over carpet! They gave us a room easy to get to and close to breakfast and parking(mobility issues). The staff was great! Breakfast was good. Tv choices were great!

The coffee was always empty very quickly (must have been good). There seemed to be extra furniture,

They had construction during one of the days I stayed and I wasn’t given any notice beforehand of the construction going on. I also tried to add a day to my stay and was told they would give me a call so I could add but I never received a call.

The room was super clean, and the staff was very, very helpful. I did not walk around to see all the amenities, but I used the kitchen in the lobby. They were well kept well stocked

The soap

I stay at Comfort Inn on a weekly basis, the breakfast at this hotel was not as nice as where I normally stay.

The property was built on a hill, and the parking lot was small and not convenient. The shower was small and not very powerful. It was also an add on in a bathtub. Security

I was given a room that I didn't feel comfortable or safe about it's location for my son and myself. I asked the front desk to move me and after some adjustment, they moved me to a different room, and sturdier door handle. They were accommodating without any problem.

I liked there was no hassle for checking in or out. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Snacks are pricey. Spent over 10$ when u could went to the corner store and got some much more. The hallway sanitizers need to be refilled.
