Staff was very Nice, check in was easy. I asked if I could park in across a couple spaces with my trailer and was told "yes" which made my stay more comfortable.(see pic, taken the next morning from the room) this was right under a light and in front of my room. video monitoring of the whole property, I saw staff checking often, so they are watching out. smoking room was clean and did not stink. and they are pet friendly at no extra charge! very pleasant experience compared to most.

the location was right next to an ABC liquor store, and it (the ABC) was packed on a Saturday night(seemed like a car show or something to me,), but closed around midnight, not sure if that is the case during the week, but even though my room faced this, the noise was not too bad, and once it closed for the night it was quiet. the real issue I had was with the noisy AC, every 10 min, it sounded like someone opened and closed the front door as the AC started up, it kept my Dog awake and on the Alert all night, I know they make noise but some noises are too much.

Prices are good , room is decent

Counter person was sleeping on the job, obviously not devoted to the job. Also a broken glass door panel is indication of another dissatisfied customer. You need to hire an independent investigator, before your motel chain suffers bad publicity and loss of reputation.

Reservation was made in advance. Accepted in dwelling on arrival after payment was made.

Online said smoking. Room given was non-smoking.

Descent hotel overall

Don't offer enough for the price. No coffee in the rooms. Breakfast should be served for more than a hour and the beds could be softer

It's close to where my family in Raleigh lives. Everyone was nice & polite. I'm sorry but i cannot remember the man's name for sure, it was either Craig or Greg, but he was a tremendous help with my luggage when i first arrived.

I liked everything. This particular hotel is where I stay when I need a hotel in Raleigh.

I had spilled some water and when I cleaned it up, the paper towels was black! Means that the floors don't get mopped!

That the remote couldn't change the volume but at least it turned on. New remote please.

The staff were extremely friendly, the bed was comfortable, had a fridge and microwave and was clean.
