We got a Deluxe King Room, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. Restroom is a good size as well. No smoking room but we were actually near the back door so we didn't have to go far for a cigarette.

Breakfast wasn't very good, We tried it twice and couldn't stomach it. The back door near the elevator and stairwell didn't lock so anyone could come in and out as they pleased and our room was nearest the door.

The King Suite was excellent especially it was close to the staircase so we had ready access to take our dogs out for a walk. The breakfast and coffee always were available. Staff was always respectful, helpful, friendly and courteous.

The keys to our room sometimes didn't work. We had to keep going to the front desk to reset the keys.

The Staff are very nice and kind. The housekeepers are very respectful and very nice. I like the area and very convenient. I like the privacy and very safe to stay by myself for 5 nights. I love it.

The elevator is very slow. I met a lady in the elevator and she asked me if I have money that makes me unsafe since it was just me and her.

Everyone was so helpful and went out of there way to help ..

The back door which is supposed to be locked and only people staying there could use there room key to get in but it was upsetting it was left available to anyone even non guests to come in it was always open all night all day .. anyone can come in the hotel I had my grandbabies w me and it was very upsetting to see it was left open all the time please fix that

The room was decent for holding two people although we had four. It was not a bad room and the water was hot in the restroom. The beds were comfortable and clean as well.

The room was too cold and took a while to warm up after turning on the heat.

Add some fruit. No oatmeal left, just grits. No bread or muffins at 8 am. Hallway carpets on way to rooms need some Carley cleaning. Beautiful trees in courtyard …chopped down!

The size of the room was nice. My family of three was comfortable

There were questionable stains everywhere and some broken fixtures in certain places. There was something that looked like poop...or pudding all in the wall when we walked in

The location was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. A special shout out to Aretha, she was so helpful for weeks leading up to the trip. Brooke and Tora went out of their way for us and I witnessed Tora reaching out to another guest. Great job , ladies

Room was excellent. Had a great nights sleep. I was a Laquinta GM from 2005 - 2009 . When I checked in the front desk agent did a poor job. Very little attention to detail. She put me in a room where the room was already assigned. When I walked in the room, there was a lady in the bathroom in her night gown.

After I showered and got out of the tub. There was a small cock roach crawling across the toilet lid. I killed and flushed it. I did not say anything to anyone. Didn't want to make a scene.

The location was perfect. Stayed for Dreamville Fest and was only 15 minutes away. Very close to other places that we need to go to as well.

one of the elevators didn’t work and the vending machine on the 5 floor didn’t work. it kept my coins, but didn’t dispense anything.
