we had a king size suite and it was perfect for our family to gather in. we were in town for my niece's college soccer game.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. I didn't realize there wasn't one included and the choices they had were very limited. I spent $25 on 2 coffees, an apple juice and a plain bagel. I think even if its a small choice there should be something included. Especially when you have all the additional charges on the base room price.

The facility has definitely been updated in recent years. The room was nicely decorated and streamlined, with elegant decor choices. I liked the layout of the room as well. The mattress was extremely comfortable and provided an excellent night's sleep. The A/C's were set at a nice cool temp so we could just relax and unwind in comfort.

The place itself looked very crisp and clean. There were just a few small items that could have been a little better. I wish the fingerprints had been removed from the glass doors in the room. I also wish resturaunt hours had been a little more conducive to our schedule, so we could have eaten on premises before going to the concert we were there for. Maybe another time.

Everything. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at, the location is always a plus because of all the things I need to be within walking distance.

This is my only take away, is that there is no microwave in the room and how far we have to walk to warm up our food.

Everything, it was comfortable and everyone was so kind and helpful, letting me hang in the lobby until it was time for me to fly back home

The air conditioning, it wasn’t as strong making the room a little stuffy

Proximity to hospital, on-site restaurant, quiet and easy to locate right off the highway. Bed was comfortable and room had a balcony to let fresh air in. Close to shopping with grocery and restaurants.

The two ladies at the desk were beneficial and accommodating, I booked my stay for the wrong dates and they were able to adjust it. I enjoyed my stay, it was convenient in regards to shopping and food I didn't have to travel far.

The location was perfect and the room was spacious and clean.

Having the elevators at the very end of the hall was not the greatest; they should be in the middle of that long hall. Also, we requested, twice, that coffee service be replenished for our second morning there but that didn't happen. Also, free breakfast was once (and still, in most places is) the standard. Sigh.

Love that there is a full restaurant and Starbucks coffee served on site. I did not take advantage of the restaurant but the coffee was excellent. The fitness center was also awesome. Comfortable and clean facilities. There was some kind of deodorizer used that bothered my sinuses, however. The staff was great. Overall very pleased.

There was a deodorizer smell in the room that remained the entire stay that bothered my sinuses. Would love if minimal chemicals were used in rooms.

We were in a car accident hours before checking in, with all the chaos mentally, physically and emotionally it was a relief once we got there. The staff is very professional, helpful, welcoming, and understanding which made our stay awesome. The atmosphere is relaxing and stress-free.

Convenient to other stores, short walking/driving distance. The mattresses are exceptionally comfortable!

There wasn’t a door to close between the sink area and the bedroom area. Not enough towel bars/ hooks.
