This is a nice property and was close to the things we wanted to do. Several places to eat fairly close by and shopping was very close by. The room was clean and very comfortable. Check in was easy and nice.

We hosted some family for a pizza night and wanted to sit outside - you have such a nice area outside but the tables and chairs were filthy. We had to wipe tables and chairs down multiple times just to feel like they were somewhat clean. The front desk staff could see what we were doing and I thought maybe they would offer some rags that we could use. We were using wet paper towels and they were coming up black. It had been quite some time since they were cleaned.

First of all let me tell you that the staff they had Dec 31st was AMAZING. The 3 ladies that we met (Including the manager) were absolutely going above and beyond making sure people were comfortable (10/10). Also, the room was very spacious, the shower head had really good pressure, the bed was comfortable.

The room’s tv didn’t work, however, we were compensated thru the hiltons account. Now, this is specifically for the housekeepers, they need to pay more attention when cleaning the rooms. The shower had build up in the corners and those pillows had a “sweat” smell to them on both beds. It’s seems like they were either not properly washed Or need to be replaced. The conditioner bottle was empty.

I was in town for my cousin's funeral -- which sucked. But this location was 9 minutes from the church where the service was held. It was SO NICE, from the moment I walked into the lobby with my kids to our experience of the room (roomy and well-appointed and with a great aesthetic to breakfast and the checkout process. (Checkout was so easy and quick!) The breakfast spread was impressive and the staff kept everything in good supply.

I have no suggestions. It was a fantastic experience.

Great location. Spacious room with kitchen/seating area. Full-sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Little annoyances but otherwise good stay. We didn’t have shampoo or conditioner in our room. No biggie bc we brought some but it wasn’t filled after we let staff know. Breakfast was…okay. Decaf coffee was out in the afternoon and evening, no sugar free creamers and never hot.

Staff members were very polite & professional. Room was clean, comfortable & larger than expected. Very comfortable for a family of 3. Pool was a great bonus as well! Fresh coffee, even in the late afternoon. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through.

Someone pulled fire alarm at 2:00 am waking entire hotel (no fault of the hotel of course)

The breakfast was filling and satisfying. The kids really loved the breakfast. And I like that fact they were well fed at the start of our day!

Did not find anything that I didn't like or to complain about. If I had to say anything (and nothing against this facility), I really wish hotels would get back to housekeeping on a daily. Covid kind of ruined that! Although, whatever I asked for I received and my room was serviced whenever asked.

The location itself is uninspiring, but if someone is looking to be in that area for other reasons, that won't be a problem. The neighborhood is fine, and it's opposite a large shopping mall which (when I was there) was very sparsely populated (probably not good for its potential longevity). The rooms are excellent, very modern, large, and comfy; shower pressure could be slightly better, but that's nitpicking. The small pool is a welcome bonus. Breakfast is rather limited in options, but OK. The option of laundry service is very welcome. The general seating (lounge) area which doubles as a breakfast area is good.

Having to specifically request room servicing at least 24 hours beforehand (and, even when I did, something went wrong and it didn't happen on one day).

This is our 3rd stay here and it is always clean and the front desk to cleaning staff are all so professional and accommodating. The gym is well maintained, breakfast is good and has ample options. The rooms are well kept and have yet to need to swap out or phone front desk for problems with room.

Very clean and organized hotel. Morning breakfast was a hit with family. Tucked away in a mall parking lot road so going in and out of hotel was easy. I liked the fact they have the option to have recycling bins everywhere. Hotel rooms were large and roomy, like that there was a kitchen sink to wash dishes that we had. Very happy with this hotel.

Pool is a-little small but my child still liked it. I booked three same rooms and one of the three rooms we found tucked by the bedside bed a THC gummy. I told front desk and had housekeeping come in and take care of it. Immediately. And have been waiting for there supervisor to call me back. Which you think a supervisor or manager would be on duty to handle such problems but seemed like they were never there when I asked.

Staff was friendly! There was free breakfast available in the mornings as well as free WiFi for guests. Our room was clean and exactly what we need for our stay.

There is limited parking over the weekends as more guests arrive, especially around night time. We always found parking, but it would be far from the entrance of the hotel.
