I was impressed with Fairfield Inn Inside and out. Everything was updated. The room we had was nice!

Maybe an extra item or two more for breakfast bar but it was nice to have the breakfast anyways. I did have some noise going on above me from 12:30 until 3:00 am but that's not the hotels fault.

Staff was friendly and helpful but I will never use booking.com again. The day I booked money was charged to my credit card.however booking .comes virtual credit card was declined. Doesn't say much about booking.com.

Had issues checking in. Staff told us that booking.com sends them a virtual credit card to pay for the rm and booking.coms virtual credit card was declined yet the charge went on my credit card immediately.

When I made the reservation, I asked for a senior discount. I was told it will be applied when I check in. Although the agent told me I got the discount, the price was the same price they quoted me before I arrived. When I questioned why I didn't get the senior discount, he said that the rate they gave me was cheaper than the discount, which didn't make any sense to me

The hotel is clean, the service team was kind and the silence was incredible.

I was two nights and never received the cleaning service in my room. The breakfast must to improve, is good but it can be better.

Staff tried to accuse us of smoking in the room because there were some black specs in the bottom of the toilet when we left. I had dumped water from our cooler into the toilet. Not sure what the black specs were, but they weren't ashes. Tried to charge us a $268 fine!

Jonathan at the front desk was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our short stay at the hotel was very comfortable.

Check-in was wonderful and staff was super accommodating. Everything was very clean and location was fantastic for what we needed!

convenience to venue

room was not cleaned during my 3 night stay. For the amount you pay a night you can’t decide whether I “qualify “ for cleaning services. I get to decide that not you!!! I am the customer! regardless the service was not provided.

The lady that checked us in was soo kind!

I asked for a blanket & was told there were not any available on the property & was given a sheet

Everything from the start. As soon as you walked through the front door you are greeted by the front desk. Then you notice how clean. Just a really welcoming place.
