Absolutely loved our stay. Location was perfect to the venue for my grandsons hockey tournament. Loved the breakfast area and the outside area. Used both and also the longer area with TV. We also liked having the key to get to our floor. As travelers this provided another level of safety.

All of the pillows were too soft. At other hotels usually you have one soft, one medium and one firm pillow. I tried layering the soft pillows and they were just too soft for my comfort. Also the water pressure but I understand it’s hard to get a good water pressure in a hotel. These 2 things will not keep us away and We will stay there again in October!

I love the aesthetic of the Tru by Hilton brand. The Wake Forest location did not disappoint. From check in to check out, I enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness is incredible. I love the added security with the elevator process as well. I just felt very safe, comfortable and had a great stay, so much so that I extended a second night!

The front desk staff were so personable, super nice. They allowed me to check in early which was excellent due to coming from out of town for my Aunt's 75th suprise birthday party!! They also made me aware of AC unit repair, which they did right away!!! I love the pool tables, my Fiancé and I played a little before checkout...if you call that playing lol! Overall a pleasant experience!!!

Grandchildren loved the pool, breakfast was fresh and good variety

The pet fee is much too high. We are used to paying a fee but $75 for one night is ridiculous. We have a 4 pound dog who sleeps in a crate and is paper trained. The helpful young man who checked us in gave us a discount and only charged $50

Breakfast was very good and Natalie was as sweet and helpful as they come. Don’t loose here. She is an asset!

Didn’t like being so close to elevator. If it had been busier it would have been a problem. Also maid need not to talk so much back and forth in the morning. I don’t think they realized you can hear them in the room.

The front desk help was Superior! Needed Cork Screw, the had it, toothbrush and scissors. Steve was helpful in the many area questions we asked, since we were looking for a house.

Round processed eggs, had a breakfast. Scrambled they had had better.

The shelving ( instead of traditional drawers! Was too low for my husband’s use. Knobs on wall for hanging things) are a tad intrusive and one must be careful walking past them.

modern, well stocked room. Comfortable common areas. Pool table was a nice addition for relaxing. The breakfast was very complete and better than most hotel breakfasts.

The room was very clean. The building must be on the new side cause it was modern A really nice experience I would definitely go back.

The only negative thing for me personally is there was no microwave in the room.

Water for shower after 9:00 a.m. not as hot as I would have liked. One of the elevators down for maintenance, so sometimes longer wait for the one that worked.
