The accommodations were excellent and the bedding was comfortable. The service was superior and the breakfast was very filling. We always stay at this hotel when we visit our parents in North Raleigh, NC & whom live a couple miles away at their home in Wakefield. This Holiday Inn is perfect in every way... Thank you!!!

I am disabled and reserved a wheelchair accessible roll in shower. However the room had a tub with an edge I had to carefully maneuver. We didn't anticipate that but my husband helped me and we were able to overcome the hurdle. 😊

The location was perfect for our needs. There were plenty of fast food restaurants, a grocery store and a Walmart within minutes of the hotel. The area was quiet and safe. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel was clean and did not have any unpleasant odors. The sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The shower was awesome! There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff went out of her way to help us. The pool was nice.

The key cards continually stopped working. We had to have them reset many times to get into our room. They did reset them immediately.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and well situated. The bed was comfortable, and my husband noted that the pillows are full size which was a big improvement over the small pillows usually found in a hotel.

Two things were a problem for me. I have limited mobility, and it was hard to use the soap and lotion that are mounted on the wall. I understand the reason behind, but it was difficult for me. And the second issue could possibly be resolved on the booking itself: we ended up on the third floor and when we were leaving, the elevator was not able to be used. It would be nice if we had the option to request a lower level.

This was our second stay there, and each time it has been a pleasure. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed, and feel very fresh. We appreciated the regular size pillows, and the bed is quite comfortable.

I like the toiletries provided, but I found the holders interfered with dispensing the product. I completely understand why they are stored that way, but it was difficult to use the shower items. I also slid on the floor in the bathroom after stepping off the shower mat,so perhaps a rug or textured floor would be a plus.

Location met all requirements Breakfasts need help. Each day there was vegetable egg omelets with either sausage or bacon. No variance. There was cereal but no milk until the end of the week. This same thing happened the last time I stayed there, Sliced bread, but not much else, other than sweet stuff. They try hard for what they have to work with. The coffee is good.

They should do away with the courtesy bags in the food court. The kids come in there and fill them up with the bars of whatever is in the area after they have eaten breakfast and take them with them when they leave for the day. Money for that stuff should go for better breakfast food.

Breakfast good, sorry I don't know her name but a short, I think indian lady was the greatest, also the room cleaning lady Hispanic, I think her name is estela, not sure but she was also great, both smile and help guests at all times

Change your air conditioner in the room, also when you walk in the room, the closet shakes a little like is not level or something because i,m not so big to make 5he closet do that when I wall

The breakfast was very tasty. Convenient location. The food was hot and fresh.

I think everything was great. What I did notice was there was no check-in kiosk. When I arrived, unfortunate for me, there was a busload ahead of me. So, I did stand in-line additional time so that they group could check in. Would have been great if I could have just done a self check-in and been on my way to my room.

This was my second visit to this hotel. The staff were exceptional both times. The beds are excellent with pillow choices. This was my first visit with my dog. Often hotels that allow pets relegate pet owners to a less desirable room. This was certainly not the case. I will definitely stay there again.

Variety on breakfast was not there. Bread and bagels very plain, all eggs and turkey sausage.

The location, the area to take my dog out.

Seems like people with kids kept being put in rooms next to me and always running around screaming was annoying.
