Size of the rooms and the room amenities. It was so nice to have a couch and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer. Breakfast was wonderful. We were initially placed in a standard room by staff instead of the studio suite that we actually booked online, but they quickly fixed the issue and had a studio suite available for us thank goodness! Very close to a big box store which made grocery shopping very convenient.

The staff was friendly and patient with guest. The staff was attentive and ready to help. The studio queen room is spacious and perfect for family's who travel with children. The breakfast was great and the area was clean.

I didn't like the smell of the trash cans by the elevators on the 2nd floor.

I had some anxiety over the $50 " incidental" fee that wasn't disclosed prior to booking this hotel. The issue was resolved within a couple days, however, hidden fees are a big red flag for me, So although we had a good time, we will not book with home2 suits in the future.

The property was in a very good location and the property was well maintained! All the amenities were well received.

The only complaint that I have is the mattress in my room wasn’t comfortable enough. I didn’t have some what of a good nights sleep because it had some hard pressure areas that caused me to constantly turning in my sleep. I have stayed at other Home2 Suites and never had that issue.

Beautiful and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Gym was great. Unfortunately the pool heater was out, but they made arrangements for us to use the indoor pool at a sister hotel.

The indoor pool was large and heated - the main reason I picked this hotel. Our room was very large and clean and comfortable. An electric shade wasn't working when we got in the room but it didn't take long for someone to come and fix it.I

I don't recall being disappointed with anything and would stay there again.

Super comfortable beds - large clean rooms - super helpful, kind, friendly staff. one of the only hotels in the area with a 24 hours shuttle.

Initial communication could have been better - I sent an email about the shuttle / our dog (which they acknowledged when we arrived), but no reply. says on the web site that they are pet friendly, but couldn’t see the cost anywhere (FYI - it’s $70 cleaning fee).

Location to where we had to cisit.was food. Being able to check in early was very convenient.

We noticed some water had be spilled on the floor.in entry. When we wiped it up looked as though had been cleaned for several days. As though dust and dirt was coating most flat surfaces.

Location and price.

There were some minor issues with the room - shade would not stay up, garbage disposal made noise and the shower door was crooked which made the water get on the floor. We worked around those issues so it didn’t lower my experience with the property.
