All the staff I encountered were great! Starting with the shuttle driver and front desk staff, to the breakfast staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. There are not a whole lot of options, but enough to get the day started. There was a large group earlier in the morning that wiped out the waffle mix, so that was the one disappointment.

I would have liked to have had maybe some muffins or donuts as part of the breakfast.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check-in early and checkout late. They recommended a restaurant and drove us there and also drove us to the airport after the last scheduled trip for the day. The breakfast was excellent and the room was in perfect condition and comfortable.

I love how the daytime staff accommodated our family while we were there, going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.

2nd shift guy made me go to 2nd floor to get ice, and my family had a party in the conference room. 1st shift ladies went straight to the kitchen and got it for us while they were there!

The breakfast was good. At the time of breakfast they were running out food. However the staff was listening to the clientele and responded expeditiously to provide more food. They were helpful and professional.

Had to switch to a different room for two beds instead of the king room. New accommodations were great!😀

The location and staff were PERFECT!

The cleanliness of the beds (old sheets), showers, swimming pool and hot tub. I honestly think it’s just an older facility.

We drove 20 miles out of our way just to stay here again because of Kelli who we didn't get to see this time but the staff members that were there were great also. The rooms are affordable, clean and staff is great.

I'm a celiac (gluten free) and I'm not an egg eater. Nor do I care for sweet yogurt or cereal. So there was really nothing I could eat there for breakfast. There was no sausage or bacon.....or gluten free bread of any kind. I don't do well with fake creamer and all that was available was Coffeemate. So I was out of luck drinking or eating anything at the breakfast bar. I left hungry.

I booked a room with a sofa. The hotel said the reservations weren't set for that. I really needed the sofa. Said it was booking.com fault
