Wilson the evening front desk gentleman was amazing in trying to accommodate me since I came in very late! He offered me water and snacks and was so so nice to me. At the partner hotel I have to mention Kendra and Julie they were welcoming and very pleasant. I also loved the room and the view.

The day time front desk AS lady had kind of an attitude and was not very welcoming. I told her after the maintenance lady came to repair the air conditioning will I be able to still turn it off and on.. she told me well you should have asked her why asking me. I thought she was very rude and not a welcoming person for a front desk. She doesn't like her job.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and very quiet. The parking was safe.

I wake up early. In hotels I typically take a book or my phone to the lobby and wait for my wife to wake up. Your lobby was clean and comfortable except for the noise. There were 3 small TV.s broadcasting CN N, one large TV with a sit com on and music piped into over speakers. All of these had their volumes on. The cacophony was so bad, I walked over the adjoining hotel lobby for a little auditory peace. I suggest just playing the music and keeping the TV volume off until someone adjusts the volume with the remotes.

The room was clean, which is a must since my wife is OCD. The room met with her approval, which doesn't happen most of the time. What was pointed out was the many spots and stains in the hallways. It would be very beneficial for you to have the carpeting cleaned. If the room had looked like the hallway, we would have been looking for another hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There was no free breakfast, which took us by surprise, but the food we ordered was cooked well and to our liking.

The reception staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. We had a quick one night stay on NYE and have no complaints!

The only minor inconvenience was that housekeeping came knocking on the door 20 minutes before our check-out time. Not a big deal because she was friendly, and we were packing up and about to head out, but slightly annoying because it was before we were expected to be vacated from the room.

The checkin process was easy. The hotels parking could have been better however that’s to be expected when there is two hotels attached. The room had a few hiccups however it wasn’t to the point where I would give a bad rating. Every staff member we came in counter with were all extremely pleasant. Most definitely will book here again in the future.

Miss JoJo was such an amazing woman and was very helpful. Miss Teresa was even more exceptional due to help me and fiance out with our chicken wings. We had order the traditional wings with SOS but the kitchen printer had ran out of ink as it was being printed. Sadly the kitchen didn't know so they put the sauce on it. She gave us a complimentary sauce due to the mess up. I hope they both get a raise.

Stayed her Feb 11 before a super early flight on the 12th. It was FAB. Lighting in parking lot was excellent. Bright & lights up your car no matter where you park. Check in was a breeze, hostess was super pleasant. Room was BRILLIANT! Felt very elegant, like 50s glam. Place was spotless & had a fresh kind of smell, not powerful like cleaning products. Bath was amazing, & the bed was SO comfortable. I was just plain ANGRY to get up when the alarm went off at dark o'clock am! LOVE the blackout curtains, the microwave, fridge, & my own coffeemaker ( take THAT, TRU by Hilton!) Very close to the airport, but far enough away to be quiet. Thanks much !

internet access is a bit iffy...

I enjoyed walking through the double being greeted immediately with a wonderful smile and personality. Everything that I asked for prior was bought up to my room with no problems.

I didn’t like how the light switches controlled the microwave and the dust over the lamp shades by the bed.

I paid for complimentary breakfast and when I went downstairs the lady told me that “we do not have complimentary breakfast for our guests” when I told her that I paid for it she backtracked and told me where the breakfast was.

Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Also the atmosphere in general was calm and inviting.

Breakfast not on site. Have to behind the hotel to the Marriott to get breakfast and also access to vending machines.
