Clean and quiet. Staff were all very nice.

I do wish there were a few more allergy friendly options for breakfast. I have stayed at many hotels that put out a few of the Udi's muffins for those that are limited in their choices.

Early procedure scheduled at UNC-Hillsborough. This location very convenient and the room was very clean. Our check in was late and left very early next day. In view of the arrival /check out time we had no contact with personnel (except check in attendant) we were satisfied with the facility and would return if necessary.

They charged me twice although I had already paid on booking.com. When I asked about it I was told no one could help me, that I had to wait for the manager. They couldn't tell me when the manager would be there.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was I. A great location for our needs, breakfast selection was good, appreciated the large shower and variety of pillow options in the room.

Coffee selection in lobby. Would prefer a high quality dark roast option in addition to the regular coffee.

The room and the staff are awesome and Ikell is always nice and helpful when we visit.

The remote is not working well and we had a couple issues with the room key working.

The staff were exceptional especially Antunm and the other guy. They were very helpful and exceptional. I will come back again.

It was very clean and tucked up back off the Main Street …quiet! Minutes from convenience store, restaurants and gas station.

There wasn’t anything that we didnt like.

A real breakfast - that was a welcome surprise. Room was spotless, staff was helpful, water pressure was great.

Shades could be better so room stays dark when sun is shining.

Convenient to interstate. It was clean. There were nice amenities in the shower/sink area- pump soaps, shampoo, conditioner and bath wash. It was nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The common areas were extremely hot.

This was the cleanest hotel we've stayed in for years. Kuddos to housekeeping.

Shower amenities - body wash, shampoo, conditioner are mounted high on the wall- obviously assuming everyone takes showers. For children or tub bathers - this is difficult.
