The breakfast was excellent, best hotel breakfast we’ve had! Every single member of staff we came in contact with was friendly, very helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. We had an issue with our first room and the front desk clerk was understanding and quick to get us in a new room. The replacement room was clean, fresh smelling, and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was soft and cozy, and we appreciated the choice of firm or soft pillows.

The first room we stayed in had an odd smell and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The floors had a few crumbs and lint in the corners. Front desk clerk said pets were allowed in that room which might have accounted for the smell. In our replacement room the hand soap dispenser wasn’t quite working properly.

The beds were very comfortable, though a bit high - we had some trouble getting into them. Had some trouble with the TV but unplugged and replugged it was OK though a bit hard to navigate. Best surprise was the breakfast....food was very good and the staff was wonderful and helpful, especially Marjorie. We would stay there again.....

Morgan at the front desk was one of those people who answered three questions (from 3 people!), all at the same time and with complete cheer. She was a jewel at the front desk. And she let me in my room an hour early! The value of Holiday Inn remains still great, even on a graduation weekend.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond! Everything was clean, fresh, and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had with lots of selection and delicious food. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we were passing through.

Maybe better towels and more hot cups for k-cups in the room but we’re really just nit-picking.

The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff

I booked a king bed with a second room of 2 queen beds. When I arrived I got 2 rms with a king bed in each. The front desk made the change but charged me $10 a night for the change. I was told Booking.com made the mistake so of course I want happy about that.

Well located near places to fuel up and close to a variety of dining choices.

It was unfortunate that they were experiencing a computer crash on the day we checked in. The staff was very helpful in helping us get into our room.

The staff was so welcoming. Remembered us specifically the next day. Truly the kindest hotel crew I’ve ever met. Spotless hotel room. Clean pool, and buffet breakfast was great. Even the other guests were super friendly.

Room was large and very clean. Loved the large TV. Bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. Breakfast was delicious.

Beds were a little high for a short person.

The breakfast selection was great, food was hot. Ms. Margaret was the best! She help us with everything we needed. The hot bar was refilled immediately. The location was very convenient. You have great coffee by the way!

I didn't see any tea or hot chocolate. There really wasn't much that I didn't like. Just wish I had stayed a little bit longer. Saw a few stains in the carpets but that's about it. The room was clean.
