Teresa who worked the breakfast area went above and beyond for each guest. Her positive attitude and willingness to help in anyway possible made us want to come back!! My daughter thought she was the kindest and sweetest! It was a soccer weekend so the hotel had hundreds of kids running and screaming. Teresa was amazing in the situation and treated each little one with such love and respect. We just love her!! Give her a raise! She’s the kindest of employee you want to keep!!

The ac in our room made loud, abnormal noises like it was dying and woke me up all night.

Courteous staff. Very good continental breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights. There were two adults. Bed was not made. Only had one set of bath towels each for two days & nights. Trash cans very small and weren't emptied.

Crystal, who was responsible for my check in, was very helpful and friendly. Give me some information about the city and didn’t measure efforts to make me feel like home.

I believe that the breakfast should be better, with more options.

Room was clean, Staff was nice, breakfast was Good, location was good for us , close to family and the graduation location. It was very quiet and comfortable.

We were surprised about the small 📺 we like to lay in bed and watch TV to unwind after a busy day..that was a little disappointing

One thing stood out for me was the quality of the breakfast. In other hotels the food is usually some powdered egg-like substance, weird tasting sausage patties and that's it. This place, everything seemed fresh and tasty, I'm not going to claim that it is high end restaurant quality, but it definitely showed that the staff cares about what they present to guests. The room was clean, the ac worked exactly as required, it was quiet despite being a stone throw away from the highway, absolutely would stay here again.

Location was great! We stayed during the Microsoft server outage and the staff was very nice and accommodating as best they could. Breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from!

Personal preference but the bed seemed to be super hard which made it hard to sleep.

Breakfast was fine. The person keeping the food area stocked and clean was exceptional.

The room lighting could have been softer on the eyes. My personal preference is a warm white bulb, not the daylight bulbs currently used in the rooms. But just my preference.

Coffee always available! Staff and housekeeping were very helpful and sweet! Breakfast was till 10:00am and the food was plentiful. Linda was very nice 😁

Them painting on the 3rd floor and the smell permeating the room on the last 2 nights!! Gave me headaches 😣

The people, especially Crystal, were very nice. The warm cookies at night were a welcome treat. The breakfast was plentiful and truly delicious.

The toilet in our room ran all night.

Great breakfast. Theresa was awesome. Ensure all tables were clean. Kept all of the breakfast bar well supplied. She set the bar for genuine concern of our satisfaction
