The complementary breakfast was good, the staff were mostly friendly and the room was spacious.

Their pool has been out of commission for years according to the staff. The free WiFi is not secure at all and it's one single network instead of individual networks for each room. The vending machines, one ice machine, and breakfast juice fountain were out of order. The TV had very limited channels. The hotel quality felt like a cheap run-down motel. I chose Country Inn & Suites over a cheap hotel because I had really good experiences with them in the past, but i would never choose this specific location again.

Building and room were clean. Building was overall quiet. Did not really hear any of the other guests. Staff were nice and easy to talk to.

Broken vending on 3rd floor, was like that on my last stay in 2023 almost a year prior. Had to go to lobby for vending. Also door by smoking patio/gazebo did not latch correctly. Meaning anyone could open the door, even without a key card. Also the same as my last stay.

The property was clean, my room was quite large and had excellent heat/cold controls in each room. The shower had great pressure and was very hot. The sitting/TV area was very nice. The bed and linens were very comfortable.

Although the place is very clean, it could use some updates. A pet peeve of mine is when the tile has mold in the grout. Even some of the high end hotels I have stayed in have this same problem and I don’t know why…..anyway, for the price and location I would stay here again.

Great location and nice place to stay for travelers. The bedrooms suite was comfortable and well appointed with good amenities.

Biggest complaint about the bedroom was how loud the air conditioner was. We had to turn off on a very hot evening. The TV was difficult to operate with no instructions on how to use it. And finally the bathroom floor had suspicions stains on it.

I LOVE the friendliness of the staff. Ms. Carol and Anthony were very helpful during my stay. Even though Anthony stated that he was new, I would have never guessed that. The staff made me feel VERY welcomed. Oh god, the room. Best room I have EVER stayed in as far as a hotel. I love the set up of my room. It felt like home away from home. The room was exceptionally clean and had Everything I NEEDED and didn't need. Breakfast was readily available downstairs and was delicious. I WILL definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you Country Inn suites. They truly gave that southern hospitality feel.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

I liked almost everything about this property. What I especially liked is that it is on a dead end service road so there is no through traffic. The room was very well appointed. And the breakfast was actually very substantial! another thing I really liked was the easy proximity to probably a dozen or so good places to eat a Walmart nearby etc. yet the dead end service Road gave the hotel total privacy.

The only thing I would suggest is that you might consider asking for a room not facing the highway. My room faced the highway and had a giant search spotlight eliminating the hotel under my window. The sound of the traffic was really not that bad and they had plenty of shade on the window to cover the light but I thought I would mention it.

I'm disabled and needed help and the staff help me the lady walk me to my room they made sure I had a shower chair and they make sure that if I needed anything that just let them know so the service was excellent.

I didn't spend enough time there next time my child have a longer stay.

Very convenient to my son’s school, staff is always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast isn’t the best but it does the job

I felt the place was in need of an update - the plastic shower wall was dingy, there were stains on carpet in hallway. Also I needed help with the door to my room because it was glitchy. But it was clean.

Nice location, well laid out room w sitting area (much appreciated), free and plentiful parking, attractive design.

Breakfast day I had it was not hot. I confess I went down at 9, but still it’s a safety issue.
