The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was responsive and friendly. The text messages asking us how things were going.

We discovered as we went to bed that the bed made a lot of noise if you sat on the edge of the left side; fortunately it did not make noise during the night. We reported it the next morning (not for the purpose of getting it fixed right away; however someone came within 30 minutes to fix it.)

Very convenient to our sons college. Easy to get to.

Disappointed in the breakfast this stay. We stayed before and thought the breakfast was very good. This time is was only fair. Plus there were some kids in the hotel knocking and running on people’s doors.

The room was very nice, large bathroom, comfortable bed and very friendly staff.

The only suggestion I would have is to have towels more accessible. They are hidden in a cubby under the sink.

Jeremy was amazing. I had a late start my other family members checked in and were across from each other. He saved me a room to ensure i was close to my other family. I stayed two days. Each shift was amazing friendly went above and beyond with their customer service and accommodation. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

I appreciated the upgrades they did on the property. It looks great. The rooms were clean. Cozy. The staff was courteous and professional. Very pleasant.

The bed was not good for me, it was just too soft and bouncy. I would have preferred a bed that was ferm.

I think the coffee could be better, but did get the cranberry juice and bagel, with cream cheese and the banana help with the long drive, there were lots a breakfast items, The area where we ate breakfast was clean and very comfortable

The coffee, it was bitter I could not drink it. I think they should have better pot for storing the coffee. I was not the only one who said it was alful, we both left cups on the counter did not want to pour into the trash can
