The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was responsive and friendly. The text messages asking us how things were going.

We discovered as we went to bed that the bed made a lot of noise if you sat on the edge of the left side; fortunately it did not make noise during the night. We reported it the next morning (not for the purpose of getting it fixed right away; however someone came within 30 minutes to fix it.)

Jeremy was amazing. I had a late start my other family members checked in and were across from each other. He saved me a room to ensure i was close to my other family. I stayed two days. Each shift was amazing friendly went above and beyond with their customer service and accommodation. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

I appreciated the upgrades they did on the property. It looks great. The rooms were clean. Cozy. The staff was courteous and professional. Very pleasant.

I would have liked the pool to be open.

I think the coffee could be better, but did get the cranberry juice and bagel, with cream cheese and the banana help with the long drive, there were lots a breakfast items, The area where we ate breakfast was clean and very comfortable

The coffee, it was bitter I could not drink it. I think they should have better pot for storing the coffee. I was not the only one who said it was alful, we both left cups on the counter did not want to pour into the trash can

The room was good very spacious and clean. Very nice surroundings, people were very friendly

The bed was not good for me, it was just too soft and bouncy. I would have preferred a bed that was ferm.

Our breakfast was the best we’ve enjoyed in domestic travel. The hours were consistent, not changing on the weekend. The service room was separate from the dining area, both spacious and immaculate. The offerings were wide ranging and well presented: hot items steaming and cold items frigid (good food safety), and included a kettle of real oatmeal, much appreciated. Our housekeepers were quick to respond cheerfully to a minor request. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The toaster had not been cleaned in a long time so it didn’t toast very well. the hot options were unappealing. just bacon and plain eggs would have been nice

The rooms were so spacious! Our family fit with room to move around. Very comfortable. And did I mention the space?!

Construction nearby made it slightly inconvenient but it wasn’t enough to detour us.

Friendly and courteous staff, front desk, housekeeping and at breakfast. Clean lobby, breakfast area and room.

Too few pillows on king beds. The pillows seem to be too soft. The moment you lay your head on one, it collapses on itself. Unfortunately, this seems to be the industry standard over the last 5 years or so.
