Location was great, parking close to entrance and sufficient. Rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and cheery especially Nicole. What a lovely lady she is especially to greet guests. Did not have the dinner but would have loved to. We did have the breakfast and it was yummy. Dining and buffet stations were clean. The fitness center had just enough equipment for what I needed to get a workout in on vacation. This hotel beat a Hilton Doubletree hotel we stayed at in Key West FL recently on every level. Will recommend to all friends and family. Price for stay was reasonable as well.

Hard to say what I did not like because everything truly was outstanding. Even the toilet paper was folded at the end of the roll at a pretty triangle. That was very nice. However, IF I was to nit pick, I would say improvements could be made but not necessary. 1. The shower head in the shower (but this would be for any hotel). I love the option of a shower handle to spray wash hard to reach areas while bathing. 2. Maybe a light in the closet when you open the door to hang items or put items away. 3. Maybe a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom or desk vanity to apply makeup easier.

I liked the waffles for breakfast the most. I wish the cereal had Froot Loops or Honey Nut cheerios. I loved having the soda and items for dinner. The meatballs and mashed potatoes were tasty. I'm glad they had the vegetables but they needed to be steamed just a tad bit longer. I enjoyed the nachos. Wish you had jalapenos to go with it though. Chili would be good with the hot dogs. But overall I really liked everything. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

I can't really say anything I didn't like. Oh, the potatoes at breakfast were hard and too hard to eat. It would have been nice to have a "sweet" cereal like Fruit Loops.

Exceptional service! The Drury Inn is always a great value serving dinner, breakfast, and popcorn and soda snack. While dining, my granddaughter asked Jasmine, a staff member, where the restroom was and Jasmine escorted her to it so I didn't have to interrupt the baby eating and carry her to the restroom with my school age granddaughter. They have an indoor and outdoor pool with a separate hot tub that was super relaxing. Pool towels provided in pool area. All of the staff we encountered we not only efficient and thorough but also personable, friendly and made our staff wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms still have carpeting and not the laminate floors that many hotels have upgraded to since Covid.

The maid was amazing I only saw the one Hispanic lady I was there with my grandchildren for our last mini vacation before they headed off to school. She came in and saw my hands full offered to help and cleaned our room spotless replaced towels everything was spotless. Very good employee and they should know what a gem they have.

Cherry flavor at bar taste like cough srype. They use cherry fruit at bar the juice from those cherries is better and cost efficient. I'm a bartender it's just better. Everything really was clean and I notice because again restraunt business is all I know. The food was good and the gentleman attending was fast nothing ran out he was good.

The staff was very inviting. Very friendly. Very important to us while traveling with our dog. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Always ot water when needed. Breakfast and Dinner along with complimentary drink vouchers were all a nice bonus. My daughter enjoyed the fresh popcorn throughout the day. Soft drinks were also available. The indoor/ outdoor pool and the indoor hot tub was very relaxing!

Just like every hotel with limited channels on the TV, but we always bring a streaming device.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The facility was great. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the kids really got a kick out of their pool time. The staff was friendly and professional. Bob greeted us, and he was very thorough in telling us about the facility. He was very friendly and professional, as was everyone. Bob earned my commendation! The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I will look for Drury wherever I travel in the future.

Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast. Wish I knew there was an indoor pool and hot tub so I could’ve been prepared to utilize. They provided us early check in, which was extremely helpful since we were coming from out of town for a holiday and wasn’t really sure what time we’d arrive. Breakfast was hot and delicious. If we travel and there is a Drury around d we WILL ABSOLUTELY stay! Thank you staff at Burlington NC location for making our 1st experience at a Drury a great experience!!! 💯

The breakfast was great and dinner but the best part for me was the popcorn I always eat popcorn before I go to bed at home that was great for me!! 😁😁😁

Wish had later check out had to be in town for funeral added extra day but was so tired couldn't enjoy the Jacuzzi and relax...maybe y'all should do a package that check out at 11 but pay extra to do pool and Jacuzzi til like 3 before people leave to go home card only to get in that area just a thought

This was one of the cleanest rooms that I have ever stayed in. The entire staff, no matter the time of day/night were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and always full so that all guest could enjoy. The nightly “kickback” was a bonus that I was not expecting but a glass of wine was much appreciated. I will definitely book here again if I am lucky enough to catch them when they are not completely full!.

Absolutely nothing!

This was a very clean place to stay. I didn't even come across a stray hair or anything like that. I really enjoyed that they fed you in the morning and in the evening. They also provide 2 free drinks, what a bonus because they were really good. Even though we were there for the Junior Olympics and kids were all over, the hotel was very quiet. The staff was really friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The next Junior Olympics we attend, I will definitely stay here again. Also, there are several restaurants and stores within walking distance.
