The first night there it was horrible I called up the man that worked at night he was very very disrespectful I called up in the morning and a young woman answered the phone and she apologized and she fixed everything and made my stay much more better I like the breakfast that was in the morning that you were able to fix it also I like the Russian dad to change my room because the bed I was sleeping on apparently somebody must have flipped and put the box spring on top of the mattress it felt like I was laying on spokes but what I like was that the woman she handle everything .

What I didn't like was the man that was working overnight was very disrespectful when I was telling him that I was very uncomfortable he said oh all the beds are new and we're not changing your room and that's it he was very disrespectful he wasn't nice and I asked him what time was breakfast and he said in the morning very disrespectful the man that worked at night I hope you can find out who this man was and you can get down to the bottom of it because because of him that's the only reason why I want to come back if he's still there at night but the woman that you had during the day they're coming I think she comes in like 6:00 excellent

Breakfast Options Were Really Good. A Nice, Decent Variety Of Food Choices. The Beds Were Nicely Made & Clean Rooms Too! I Can Tell The Staff Does Their Job Well To Keep The Hotel In Good Standings To Provide Excellent Service & Not To Mention The Staff Are Very Nice, Easy To Talk Too. I Enjoyed My Stay Here & Will Stay Again The Next Time I Come Back To Graham, NC.

The Parking Lot Surprised Me, I Thought It Would Be A Little Bit Bigger, It’s Not Bad Though, It’s A Pretty Decent Size. This Was My First Hotel Booking & Stay So I’m New To This. The Location Surprised Me A Little Bit As Well, Wasn’t Expecting It But It’s Not Bad Either. And It Is Really Close To A Lot Of Restaurants Which Is A Huge, Huge Plus For Staying Here! Cuts Out Driving A Long Distance Wasting Gas To Get Food.

I liked that it smelled so wonderful when I walked into the room and it looked very clean. Even the lobby had a very clean and open appearance.

Placement of some of the light fixtures seemed a little odd. The price should be much cheaper given that the room is very small, there wasn't an alarm clock, and other than a few packs of coffee and an ice bucket, there was nothing else in the room.

A small, but clean room with a comfy bed. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good: choice of juice and cereals, instant oats and grits, make your own waffles, muffins, yoghurts and cooked eggs.

There was some road noise because it’s next to the interstate, however it worked more like white noise, to help one sleep.

It was just OK. The only hot item was waffles and for diabetics that is not a breakfast option. Would like to have seen a hot breakfast such as scrambled eggs, bacon and grits or hash brown potatoes. Other hotels can do this in this price point so this hotel should be able to as well.

DO NOT AGREE AT ALL with hotel charging/Holding and extra $100 deposit on my credit card until checking out. I don't care what it's for it reduces my available credit on my card and it takes a few days up to a week to credit back. If I had known that I would have booked another hotel. Also did not like to have to use room key to come in and out even during the day at main entrance. Should be open at least from 7am-6pm. . Staff was not happy--meaning not smiling almost like they did not tho be there.

The location was great. The outside of the hotel was clean and nicely landscaped. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice, typical cereal, muffins, cook your own mini waffles, yogurt, juice and coffee.

The coffee that was served had an odd taste, like it was old or it was burnt somehow. Adding extra sugar and creamer didn't help the flavor improve. Maybe Wyndham should get them a new industrial coffee maker.

Everything is clean, bed is comfortable, Near enough to several food places. Staff were courteous and helpful. A good place to stay.

No real breakfast, but 7-11 and du kin donuts were nearby.

Breakfast was good little grab and go. I appreciated that in the mornings. Wifi was solid, no issues at all. It is right off the interstate so close to a lot of good locations for food, travel, activities.

A couple nights sleep seemed difficult with the pillows. Could not find the sweet spot. Wish ice machine was on both floors. Location was quiet mostly yet the part of town it is in seems older or less developed.

Simple accommodations at a very good price. The room is small, but it has all that you need. I like the efficiency of the layout/furnishings.

Fact that the front door is always locked feels a bit odd. Once you get your key, you can access the building with that, but when you first check in someone has to buzz you into the building. That seems strange.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay. I was in town for a funeral. I would stay here again. I would also tell others about the hotel. I just wish the breakfast had better options. But it is a nice hotel. Nice staff and cleaning crew.
