Our suite was gorgeous, and the view was stunning. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I would request that very room again, or recommend it to friends.

Our friend's room was quite a bit below the standard of our room even though we requested identical suites. I felt quite bad for them. They moved rooms but it didn't make a big difference. In the first room there wasn't even a stove top for cooking. The second room did have a stove top but the microwave was kind of balanced on an end table. The suite wasn't nearly as large as ours was.

I loved the location for the cruise and some activities we had planned on the water before the cruise and that the view from the room was amazing

The location of you were going to Waikiki wouldn’t be the best.

The room was very nice. Large windows and lots of light. comfortable

The neighborhood is not so great. Lots of homeless sleeping on the street one block over.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for the airport and also Pearl Harbour.

The room was clean, however some attention was needed to cleaning in the bathroom.

A very great room with stunishing view over Waikiki. A few minuten away from the center. A very good bakery next to the hotel.

There should be pans and other things availeble so you can cook yourself buth there was nothing. Asked it twice and got the answer that it should be in the room. But it was not there. The restaurant in the hotel had a diverent owner was close and the had no idea of and when it would reopen.

Apartment could do with a facelift, it was quite tired. Our friends were in another apartment which had been modernised and looked much nicer. Had to request a clean of the spa bath as it was very grubby. Fire alarm at 5.30am on one morning was a challenge with 40 floors in the building. Fortunately a false alarm but chaos ensued when everyone tried to return to their rooms a hour or so later…staff should be trained on a system to get everyone back to their rooms more smoothly…ie staff on lift duty allocating one floor at a time.
