The location was ideally situated in close proximity to the Disney theme parks, offering convenient access for families. The two-bedroom suites were designed with families in mind, providing a comfortable and functional living space. The added convenience of a washer and dryer within the suites further enhanced the family-friendly amenities.

There was an unpleasant smell upon entering the suite. Adding an air freshener would be a simple solution to this issue. Additionally, when making the booking, I called to confirm that daily housekeeping would be provided. However, upon arrival, we were informed that housekeeping would only be provided every three days for our seven-night stay. As a result, our room was only cleaned once during our stay, although the staff did promptly deliver any towels we requested. Overall, the location was excellent and we had a positive experience.

Unfortunately when checking out of the room my 7yr old daughter left her iPad sitting on the kitchen counter. As we left we noticed housekeeping was outside making their rounds we didn’t notice the iPad was missing until already on the high way. I contacted them right away and all they did was send a link to report the lost item. It states investigation can take up to 30 days but it’s been almost a week I’m pretty sure we won’t be getting that back which is very disappointing. We were pretty certain house keeping went in right after we left and thought they would return the item so we could claim it but seems like that’s not the case which make me not want to return sadly.

I loved the location and proximity to Disney World, Disney Springs. I also loved that there was a Walmart and dozens of restaurant options close by. I loved the pool, was a bit smaller than the other Orlando Resort we usually stay at but was still very nice. We especially loved the size of our unit and the updated washer/dryer in the unit! All of the staff were also very friendly. Lastly, I was impressed by how comfortable and nice the bed mattresses and pillows were. We all slept very comfortably

That there was no hot tub and everything was spaced far apart from each other on the resort. I felt like I had to drive everywhere and my kids couldn't just walk to the pool or playground (not even sure there was a playground at the resort). It didn't feel like there were any walking paths (there were signs that the paths we did see were for golfing only). I also didn't like feeling pressured to attend a sales meeting, how pressured I felt during the meeting took purchase a timeshare and that the meeting took over two hours as promised (it lasted 3 hours).

The resort is in close proximity to Walmart, several eateries and entertainment. On property, you can play miniature golf and participate in scheduled activities. In my opinion, everything is in walking distance except the restaurant, I would rather drive there.

I've visited several times over the years and for the first time, I wasn't informed of the changes. I wasn't told that the check out process is different and that the restaurant will charge your card on file even though you were asked and confirmed that the amount would be deducted from your deposit as it's always been. When the card they tried to charge wasn't successful, they tried charging a card that was not on this reservation but on one in a prior stay. I don't appreciate the interaction I had with Michael as he was trying to explain this new process to me either.

The room I chose was the 2 bedroom suite with the King bed, 2 queens & the sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and the master bathroom was huge! It had a big spa tub. I didn’t get to use it but I would have loved to. Just never had time to sit and relax it it. It was beautiful, just like an apartment - with a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. It fit 8 of us perfectly! There are 4 pools, 1 has a 2 story slide, mini golf and lots of activities for everyone. It’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants and also has shuttles to the theme parks. The front desk was very helpful and attentive anytime I needed anything, they were happy to assist and provided whatever we needed for the most part.

The room with the 2 queen beds was pretty hot, but I was able to get a box fan from the concierge promptly, so that was great and it worked out well. The other thing that was pretty annoying was that I got 3 keys and only 1 worked. I had to keep going up to the front desk for them to reprogram them but they came and reprogrammed the door and after that we were good. I’d say maybe get a key system that doesn’t wipe the key if you place it near your phone. Since we live in a world where we mostly have our phones in our hands. I had the key in my pocket and had my phone in my hand and it wiped the key by just walking around with my phone swinging in my hand near my pocket. Other than that, I have no complaints. It was perfect!

Very nice property. 2 bedroom villas are very spacious. Pool was within walking distance. Staff very friendly. Property is very beautiful. Restaurant onsite (we did not try but looking at the menu they have plenty of options). Mini golf (did not try because we had a busy schedule).

Very small bug issue (couple spiders and tiny black ants) but resolved it with getting bug spray and facility management also came to spray the room so no issues. Also the “closed/packed” scent of rooms that are not used often but it did not affect the stay at all. Overall my family enjoyed our room and stay.

The property was amazingly clean , the room everything you need for a family vacation

Upon my arrival, I was given a room in the 4th floor in one of the buildings. When my family and I arrived to the building the elevator was not working. My husband recently had surgery and we couldn’t lift all of our baggage to the 4th floor. We went back to the registration building to ask if we can change the room. We were told to wait for a long time , it was super late at night with kids falling asleep. It was not very pleasant. The front desk concierge was trying to give us a room that was going to have a room separate and my kids would be in a separate “room” made no sense since my kids are both less than 10 years old. After an extensive time waiting we were given a room.

I wish we had spent more time at Mystic Dunes. They have so many incredible facilities, but we spent all our time at the parks and didn't take the time to take advantage of the other facilities. The room itself was nice. I enjoyed having a kitchenette, because I like cooking and I was still able to do that. The bed was comfy and the bathroom (and toiletries) was great. We also took advantage of the free shuttles to Seaworld and Universal Studios. The staff were soooo accommodating. I forgot my passport in the safe in the room and had to call from the airport, luckily we had gotten to the airport early so I was able to pop back to the resort to collect it, but they had offered different options for getting it back to me. Apart from this, they sent shuttles to get us around the resort (it's a fairly big resort) or to carry our luggage, etc.

The only gripe we had was the free shuttles to Disney. They only went to Hollywood Studios and the times were a little weird (10am departure from the resort and 5pm collection from Disney). As a result we didn't use the shuttle, because honestly not even getting to the park at rope drop and leaving at gate closing is enough time at any of the Disney parks because of all there is to do and see, and the queues. The resort is close enough to the Disney parks that using Uber is not that expensive or as much of a hassle. But the resort should consider their changing their shuttle times (and the drop off location).
