The location was ideally situated in close proximity to the Disney theme parks, offering convenient access for families. The two-bedroom suites were designed with families in mind, providing a comfortable and functional living space. The added convenience of a washer and dryer within the suites further enhanced the family-friendly amenities.

There was an unpleasant smell upon entering the suite. Adding an air freshener would be a simple solution to this issue. Additionally, when making the booking, I called to confirm that daily housekeeping would be provided. However, upon arrival, we were informed that housekeeping would only be provided every three days for our seven-night stay. As a result, our room was only cleaned once during our stay, although the staff did promptly deliver any towels we requested. Overall, the location was excellent and we had a positive experience.

I loved the availability to have a two bedroom full apartment and two bathrooms. The golf course, mini golf, multiple pools, restaurant and tiki bar were great amenities. The location was close to Disney, but about 30 minutes from Universal. What I didn’t like is that the pools were closed often sometimes due to severe weather, which wasn’t severe at all and maintenance. I also didn’t appreciate that. I paid for a late 2 PM check out and I had housekeeping banging on my door at 12 PM telling me that late checkout was 12 PM and I needed to leave. Also key card stopped working after 10 AM. 10 AM is a very early checkout time anyway, but I paid to stay until 2 PM. Other than that, I really enjoyed the property. It fit the needs of my family.

The room was nice everything was very clean check in staff was very nice and welcoming

Unfortunately when checking out of the room my 7yr old daughter left her iPad sitting on the kitchen counter. As we left we noticed housekeeping was outside making their rounds we didn’t notice the iPad was missing until already on the high way. I contacted them right away and all they did was send a link to report the lost item. It states investigation can take up to 30 days but it’s been almost a week I’m pretty sure we won’t be getting that back which is very disappointing. We were pretty certain house keeping went in right after we left and thought they would return the item so we could claim it but seems like that’s not the case which make me not want to return sadly.

The staff was excellent. All staff was courteous and attentive. The staff gets a 10.

Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath suite this year was adequate but not as nice as the refurbished 2 bedroom / 2 bath suite we had last year. Our son and grandson visited us for 4 days and their bedroom carpet smelled like someone threw up on it. Since it was late when my son and grandson arrived we went to Walmart and purchased carpet cleaner to clean the 2nd bedroom carpet. Also, the 2nd bathroom had a faucet that leaked. We contacted Mystic Dunes customer service and they had their maintenance fix the faucet within 24 hours.

The room was very nice and spacious. It's a little dated, but ok.

A couple of details that need work. I advised via text before our departure. The safe is stuck with the locks out and was unable to use. The light inside the toilet closet flickers and was in the dark a few times. The baggage carts are a nice convenience, but the two we used were in terrible shape. The wheels were in bad shape and some flat. They need maintenance. The pool I found was always packed and with no chairs available. The waterfall is nice, but the size of the pool itself is small compared with the Tuscany, which is our favorite.

I loved the location and proximity to Disney World, Disney Springs. I also loved that there was a Walmart and dozens of restaurant options close by. I loved the pool, was a bit smaller than the other Orlando Resort we usually stay at but was still very nice. We especially loved the size of our unit and the updated washer/dryer in the unit! All of the staff were also very friendly. Lastly, I was impressed by how comfortable and nice the bed mattresses and pillows were. We all slept very comfortably

That there was no hot tub and everything was spaced far apart from each other on the resort. I felt like I had to drive everywhere and my kids couldn't just walk to the pool or playground (not even sure there was a playground at the resort). It didn't feel like there were any walking paths (there were signs that the paths we did see were for golfing only). I also didn't like feeling pressured to attend a sales meeting, how pressured I felt during the meeting took purchase a timeshare and that the meeting took over two hours as promised (it lasted 3 hours).

I really like the receptionist, Nora. She was very pleasant. She accommodated all of us 23 of us. She gave us the room on the same floor and next to each other.

What I didn't like is their manager had a very bad attitude and very dismissal. She refused to reimburse our 1st room that was more expensive, so we could book another room that was cheaper due to a promotion, although Booking told us she could do it, however we came back 2 hrs later and another employee canceled it for us and reimbursed us. Thanks to that employee that made it possible for us. No thanks to their manager. Very, very unfriendly manager.

Room was great. Spacious, comfortable, very clean, and great kitchen

There were no parking spots available near the building at night. Building maintenance and common areas cleaning was not good: area near elevator smelled like trash, a lot of water puddled by elevator entrance was not taken care of even a day after the rain; elevator seemed to be going on renovation, but looked terrible, floor and wall coverings broken/removed. Terrible aspect. Unlike any other hotels, checkout is at 10am and staff is not flexible at all. No concern about customer satisfaction.

The resort is in close proximity to Walmart, several eateries and entertainment. On property, you can play miniature golf and participate in scheduled activities. In my opinion, everything is in walking distance except the restaurant, I would rather drive there.

I've visited several times over the years and for the first time, I wasn't informed of the changes. I wasn't told that the check out process is different and that the restaurant will charge your card on file even though you were asked and confirmed that the amount would be deducted from your deposit as it's always been. When the card they tried to charge wasn't successful, they tried charging a card that was not on this reservation but on one in a prior stay. I don't appreciate the interaction I had with Michael as he was trying to explain this new process to me either.
