The kids room was super cute and they loved the games. A lot to keep them busy! The property was clean! The shower walls were clean, the baseboards were dust free, the kitchen was clean, the fridge was clean. So good job on keeping the place nice!

I would say the property could use some better linens and pillows for the beds. I do not like it when we have decorative pillows on the beds either. The blankets also need to be changed between guests. They are nice, but one of them had some… spots. I do not want to know what that was. We just tossed it to the side. Also, a lot of properties seem to have this, but the lock on the AC is not desirable. I had difficulty sleeping at the lowest allowed temp which was 70. Even with the provided fans.

The apartment was very comfortable and close to the pool and club house. Walking distance to the Walmart if you don’t plan to have a car. The kids room was really fun and entertaining. There were beach towels and accommodations for a young toddler like a pack and play and high chair. Our toddler saw the bunk beds and refused to go in the pack n play but it was good to have the option. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful!

The cleanliness was lacking.. there was dust in most of the apartment. We found food crumbs, a nail that fell off and small (very small) toys left behind. There was hand towels left in the dryer and utensils left in the dishwasher (we didn’t use the dish washer but wondered where the spatula went)

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The kids' room is amazing, they had so much fun! The pool/welcome center has a market with Cafe. There you can get food and beer. There are kid activities going on. You can also check out equipment for basketball, ping pong and such. There is also a nice fitness center. Our awesome host even let us check out late. Host was prompt with replies. I want to point out how close to the pool the condo is. This place is huge so I'm glad we didn't have to load up in the car to get there.

We didn't like the beds too much, but they were not bad by any means. Just a little firm for us.

I loved the property. Safe and centrally located too. Quick drive to local stores and of course the parks. The Toy Story room is so cute and my girls loved it.

I think it was a little outdated. There was some cracks in the tiles and the remotes are picky. They turn on multiple tvs at once. The kitchen has bare minimum of supplies and make sure you get non stick spray if you plan to use the waffle maker.

The toy story room was perfect for our little one! The rest of the rooms were clean and very spacious and enjoyable. No problems getting our groceries delivered and finding our way to close golfing and Disney. The room is a short walk to the pool area which was very nice.

We did get locked out of our room on the last day due to a low battery of lock which was a struggle to figure out but Phyllis answered right away and we got it taken care of. The pool pictures make the pool and water area look much bigger than they really are so they were a bit crowded but still enjoyable and fun!

The kids room was awesome. It kept my busy toddler very entertained so I didn’t feel the need to constantly pay go to play places around Orlando. The water park with the restaurant attached was awesome. I would definitely recommend to a family.

I wish check out wasn’t so early (10am).

I loved the location, It is close to everything! The water park was awesome ! The kids loved the Toy Story room. Any problems I had , Mrs. Phyllis made sure she took care of it. I loved that !

The beds are HARD. It felt like we were sleeping on just a box spring..

The condo was clean and comfortable. Phyllis thoughtfully stocked a closet with a lot of things you may need during your trip that you forgot…. strollers, cooler, toddler toilet seat topper, beach towels etc. The kids loved the skeeball game and the pac man game. They loved the way the kids room was lit up at night. It has a nice screened in patio off the living room that we used a lot. Phyllis was quick to answer all my questions and was very pleasant to deal with. We all liked that it was a gated community. The pool was just a 2 minute walk away. The place was very quiet. We never heard any noise from any other condo around us. It was close to the Disney parks. We would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again.

There was nothing that we disliked about the property.

Fit 6 adults and two children with ease. The host was always available to answer our questions and to help make our visit easier. The kids room was perfect for both a 10yr old and a 3yr old alike. Very close to Disney and any amenities you might need for your visit. Would not hesitate to book this same room again on our next family vacation to Disney or Universal.

The waterpark part of the pool area was closed due to outside temperatures (the water in that area is not heated). it was no fault to host, just a unlucky occurrence because of the time of year our visit happened to be in (November).

I love everyrhing, the apartment was well equiped we deffinately loved the kid's room! my kids were in love with the games they didn't want to leave. Bedroom colors were so magical for childrens ,everything was just great!
