Fantastic stay at the Avanti International Resort! I recently spent a week at this hotel with my family, and we were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The pool area was a highlight - it's huge and beautifully landscaped, with plenty of loungers and a fun bar serving great cocktails. The hotel's location is also perfect - it's within walking distance to International Drive, with all its restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was ok. Overall, I highly recommend the Avanti International Resort to anyone looking for a great value hotel in Orlando. We can't wait to come back!"

Location is ideal. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked as advertised. Staff were friendly at check in. Plenty of parking available.

No issues here at all. Saw a lot of bad reviews from not too long ago which made me apprehensive about booking it. If these reviews were true the hotel has listened and fixed the challenges. It's certainly not a 5 star hotel, but was perfect for what we needed. Would stay here again.

Location super and with easy access to tram. Room nice and clean towels every day. Pool towels were nice, too. Room easy access and parking. Good service for storing luggage

I asked about late check-out the evening before and couldn't get an answer- came back next morning and it was no problem checking out at noon instead of 11 am- never the less: our rooms were locked 11.30 am when we returned- really inconvenient- as I asked several times...

The pool environment with the dj and hot tub was a huge plus. The multiple dining options are great as well. We really didn’t have to leave the property for anything.

The hot tub does not have a cut off time for kids to be in it and there were several adults wanting to relax and couldn’t. The room was renovated beautifully but the mattresses were horrific! We did not get into a comfortable deep sleep all night and we both woke up with our bodies aching, that was so disappointing.

We stayed in this property many years ago then it was excellent .we appreciate it’s been done up but not great

The property is in an excellent position on international drive .the rooms are a bit basic .and rather worrying that the lockbox safe was fitted on a mfd shelf that was loose and could have been removed. very easy os we just Held on to all our valuables .the bath could have had a mat when the shower was used it got slippery .the breakfast room was slow when placing an order and we seen a few orders going back .we have booked through yourselves for May next year but when we return home maybe cancel this hotel and rebook somewhere

The pool was amazing and how clean the communal areas was, was always easy to park and easy to find the rooms

The cleaning team was always a little rude and also had To ask on several occasions as we would run out of toilet Roll or after being there for 14 days had to ask for sheets to be changed

We absolutely loved the hotel's prime location and excellent amenities. The recently renovated rooms were perfect, providing a comfortable and modern stay.

The bathroom's compressor was quite noisy, causing the only discomfort during the stay. Additionally, the refrigerator sometimes disconnected.

Good location and price. Big central pool and small gym. Handy breakfast place on site and coffee bar.

Music around pool was loud and continued till 11pm. Wine at pool bar was not good and cost $10 a small glass

The location was suburb! We enjoyed Icon Park which was less than a 3 min walk up international drive. The pool and hot tub was wonderful as well. We played volleyball with other guest. It was perfect for our 3 day visit to Universal theme parks. The parks were a 10 min drive and the airport was 15 min. Rooms were spacious and quiet. We stayed for 4 days and being that we were poolside on the first floor I was pleasantly surprise at how quite the room was. Slept like a baby. I read many bad reviews about this place but honestly it was worth every penny. Being that I have worked in the hotel industry 14 plus years I know what to look for. Hot shower, they had, quiet room they had and comfortable bed they had. The Houseman was a delight as I request fresh linens daily. We stayed June 4-8 in a king suite with sofa bed.

I did request a fresh mattress pad cover for my bed because there were what appeared to be blood stains on the one we had. The linen were fresh and clean however I guess they do not regularly change the mattress pads. Upon check in it is always a habit for me to do a bed check all the way through. I recommend this for any property because all though it may be policy of the hotel to change them not all housekeepers do depending on their workload.

The size of the room, location, and pool area.

The glass for the bathroom shower was too short. Water came from the shower onto the floor nightly. Rust on the door in the bathroom. This unit lacked proper renovations. Holes in the wall near the bed. The iron did not work, had to borrow a family member’s iron.
