Everything, that’s why I have come back for the past 5 years.

The only thing I don’t like is the parking fee of 100 dollars per day that they charge, in the parking lot there are signs that say they are not responsible for theft in cars. Then why charge such a fee to the people? There were kids in the parking lot checking handles on the cars , trying to open them, a security guy seems better all night , that would be worth my money.

The property is beautiful and cozy. I loved the pool and the jacuzzi. I enjoyed the service tremendously. The entire staff was very welcoming. I especially appreciated Jeffrey Exact who helped me and my daughter find activities to do while in Orlando. The property is within walking distance of ICON amusement park, so we spent an afternoon there. There’s so much nearby, we didn’t need a car to get around. We enjoyed room service too. The bourbon bbq chicken wings were surprisingly delicious. I also enjoyed the Castle burger poolside and that was very satisfying. Jeffrey made a perfect drink. I can’t forget the breakfast buffet every morning. I’ll have to come back here to try their omelettes made to order. We brought our dog and she was welcomed here. The lady who cleaned our room, Marie, was quite gracious and sweet. Overall, I had a wonderful time here. We stayed for six days. We’d love to stay here again. It felt like a real castle; a magical place.

I didn’t know about the pet fee prior to arriving but it probably wouldn’t have made a difference in terms of choosing to book our stay. I just like to know ahead of time for efficient planning purposes. So I suggest guests be notified when booking on Booking.com.

The room was exactly as described and portrayed. The facilities were nice. The staff were great. Aerial was so helpful we called ahead to ask if we could check in early and upon our arrival she was there as well and checked us in by like 9:00 AM. She was also able to split up the room charges for me and was helpful throughout our entire stay and with a great smile and attitude. Andre was also helpful at arranging a late check out for me. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great we walked to majority of our activities and restaurants that we wanted to try.

The beds were actually really hard and the blankets thin we had to take the blanket of the other bed to get comfortable. Parking was a little steep at $25 a night. There were multiple events happening on the property which took up all of the parking spaces and we had to drive around and wait for people who were not guest at the hotel to leave before we could park and go inside. Luckily it was only for a few hours.

Quiet place, good room service , fast check-in & out

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Castle hotel. Upon arrival Tupac assisted us with our luggage. He is such a wonderful person and served with excellence. Every time after that, when he saw us, he acted like we were longtime friends. That evening we had dinner in the restaurant and met Holden. Again, we can't say enough about the service we received. Simply put, "Holden was golden." We are coming back again just to hang out with him. Then on our last night we wanted some dessert but was misinformed that the restaurant was open till 11pm. When we went downstairs, although the restaurant was closed, Chantelle made it happen for us. We can not thank these wonderful employees enough for making our Anniversary weekend at the Castle special.

Beautiful hotel, clean, smells great, beautifully decorated, room was cozy and the bed was amazing. Our dog, Bandit loved it. The staff was super friendly and when we were having trouble connecting to the WiFi, they had IT call me to help. Above and beyond!

I wish the room had more storage for clothes, like an additional dresser and more shelving in the shower to hold toiletries.

Having to schedule housekeeping daily to service the room, hotels should not have to ask customers this - other types of accommodation yes, but not full service hotels

Its in a great location! Right across the street from Icon park ! Literally walking distance! Lots of other fun things nearby. Walls are well insulated, I never heard the neighbors or even people walking by in the halls. I also like that you need a key card to get from the lobby to the rooms upstairs, made me feel safe!

There was an issue with the water in the shower draining right away. It was a standing shower and the water was not going down immediately.

The room and lobby looked amazing and had loads of restaurants and such close by.

The swimming pool is only 3ft deep all around which was really annoying as I book places based on the pool.

The location is right off the main strip, and it was pretty much central to everything. Easy Check-in/Check-out and very knowledgeable staff and short wait. Huge pool with a separate hot tub area right next to the pool grounds. Up on the top floor you can stand on the rooftop and look out across this part of Orlando. The room itself was large and had had two very comfortable beds and AC that kept the room nice and cool. TV was a large screen one - and great to have. Really liked the bathroom layout and shower - it was a really nice setup!

Parking. Due to location of so many restaurants near by - 10 minutes spent driving around the parking lot looking for an open spot - even though I had paid 15 dollars for parking. I finally stopped and ask the front doorman - and was taken to my parking spot. If you pay -- immediately ask the front doorman in regards!
