The location is excellent. Walking distance to many restaurants and amenities. We stay here every year. The manager is so kind and always remembers from year to year.

The hotel itself could use some updating and maintenance , especially the hallways and rooms. We came back after a day out and found that after housekeeping had been there the door did not completely close and lock. We were able to just push it open. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but this was a bit disconcerting to say the least. We plan to let the front desk know, but they were very busy when we were checking out. Other than that, we still really like the price and location of this hotel.

Everything went well from check in to check out. One thing I think is important to travellers, and because I have become an aging flatus so I noticed it more, there were no hand/grab rails in the tub/shower, and this poses a good chance for a person to fall. The bathroom was spotless and so was the rest of the room. You couldn't beat the accomodations or the service from staff from check in to check out and the breakfast was great as was the breakfast crew. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

Other than grab rails in the shower, everything was fine. One simple addition would be light outlets that have a USB 5 volt charging port or two. They are really handy for those folks who didn't bring a phone charger or for the kids wanting to use a tablet.

I really appreciated how clean our room was throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the lovely and hardworking woman who took care of the cleaning, but I often saw her doing her job with great dedication. She always changed the towels on time and restocked the toiletries without us even having to ask. Thanks to her, our week-long stay was incredibly comfortable. I'm truly grateful to her—she’s the reason the service and our overall impression of the hotel are a solid 10 out of 10. People like her are the backbone of any place, even if they often stay behind the scenes. I can confidently recommend this hotel. The free breakfast, convenient location, cleanliness, and polite staff make it a great value for the price.

Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The hotel’s location is excellent—just 10 minutes from Epic Universe and right next to Icon Park. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking is free and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again.

The door to our room during our second stay was difficult to open. It’s not intuitive that the lock needs to be pulled upwards to unlock it. Additionally, the elevator’s license was expired, which is concerning and should be addressed promptly to avoid potential issues. It was already quite slow and appears to be in need of regular maintenance.

The front desk host Gian was very friendly and assisted me well. All staff I encountered were so friendly and engaging. The facilities were clean and comfortable. And the location was great. I would stay here again

The breakfast was very limited and same every day.

Very clean . Most of the hotels have a smell that trigger my allergies. This property doesn’t have that so I will continue to stay in this hotel.

I have noticed with a lot of orlando hotels that room service/clean can every 3 to 5 days. Not here. room serviced daily. spotlessly clean. staff very helpful. fairly good breakfast. 24 hour tea/coffee. free parking.... some hotels now charging. lovely and quiet yet about 50m from icon park. I have been coming to florida for almost 40 years and i can honestly say this is by far the best value hotel I've stayed in. I highly recommend

pool very cold brrrrr would like room safe but they do have 1 in reception. would like a microwave in room but again there is 1 in reception

The location was excellent, and the price was unbelievable for I-Drive. They also served free breakfast, which was the icing on the cake. My room was clean with Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Plus, the room was much bigger than other hotel rooms. I give them two thumbs up for customer service. EDDY was very nice and answered all my questions. I will definitely stay here again and tell family and friends.

The weather couldn't go swimming to cold.

This Hotel is all American vibes! I just fell in love with the ambiance which made me extend my stay! the reception ppl were great and helpful, the atmosphere was like even in the lobby area was like a living room/ space we could all I mean the visitors sit together and watch T.V and talk it was so nice ! definitely coming back!

What I didn’t like about the property was their elevator! it really needs maintenance. Other than that the hotel is adorable!
