Ideally, located for the purposes of our trip. Staff and employees very friendly and accommodating. Room size and room amenities exceeded expectations

One very minor complaint: elevators are rather slow One medium complaint: this is our second time staying here in two years. And the rates went up substantially from a year ago. If they continue on this trend, we probably will not stay here again. One very major complaint: it’s absolutely preposterous to charge your patrons to park in your parking lot. I realize it’s the time we are living in where corporate America will try to squeeze every last penny out of every single customer they have without concern for anything other than profit. But it’s insulting to raise your nightly rates as much as you did, then gouge your customers further to park a car in the parking lot.

The Staff were 100% helpful. Ki-Ki, Cesar, Robert, Ian and the rest of the staff all did everything they could to make it a comfortable and pleasant stay. Bed was so comfy, view was great. Aircon good. Breakfast was ok. The location is great, right in the middle of I-Drive near Icon park and bus stops, restaurants etc. Visited from London, so was used to a bit of traffic noise but that's to be expected in this busy area. Thanks for a fab stay. Would definitely book again.

Not much to dislike, only thing was the prices in the convenience shop were quite expensive & there was only 1 lift working due to refurbishment.

Comfortable and clean rooms in a great location. Not far from I-Drive resturants and bars. The bus stop is close by too. Breakfast was a nice bonus - plenty of choice. The staff are fantastic - a real credit to the company. The onsite washer/dryers were another bonus - we used them twice - reducing the amount of clothes we needed to pack.

Nothing negative to report. The air con units might be a little noisy for light sleepers.

The number of the room size looks small. But the design is amazing. I was amazed how the room is designed so well and felt large enough. The hotel is located right by International Blvd where all fun areas are lined up with unlimited number of restaurants. Breakfast was very reasonable with health conscious mild. All staffs were kind, smiley, and professional. All amenities and room features are thoughtfully designed and chosen, not overly done or unnecessary, hitting just right degree of details. WIFI was strong and easy to connect.

Good Location! Near theme Parks to Universal. Aprox 25 mins drive to Disney Parks. Room with enough space. Good Breakfast. Staff great!

Only one elevator for so many guest. It was a busy weekend due to Memorial Day and the wait was so long. Staff who make check in told us not to worry for the parking fee that we don’t hace to pay but in the final invoice was charge. The parking is not a private one, everyone can park and there is no control so I don’t understand why they charge $12 a day. Also in other hotels you can pay the stay with one credit card and the hold of the incidentals with other here only one card.

Great location, beautiful big rooms, delicious breakfasts, nice pool.

Room cleaning was inconsistent & unpredictable - I do not like the fact that since covid hotels use excuses not to clean rooms when you are paying a good rate to stay there. Shower pressure poor & at times luke warm - not keen on a fixed shower head Parking charges when hotels in this area never used to charge.

Tucked back from the busy I-Drive road, was clean, comfortable and staff were all great. All of them work hard and make sure you are happy and comfortable and deal with any requests. Recently refurbished, is bright and clean. Location is good, near bus stops and restaurants. A safe iin the room, good air-con and a small kitchen area with fridge, sink and a microwave. Would definitely return here.

Long wait for Elevator, other one is being refurbished. Bathroom a bit cramped.

Staff were fantastic! Always helpful & welcoming. Comfy bed, good size room, clean. Location good. Ki Ki always happy, Robert helpful, Cesar Smiley, Ian conscientious as are all of the staff. Thankyou to all of you & those I didn't catch their names, thanks for making mine & my daughters stay a pleasant one & helping us return to the room I requested. Will definitely book again.

No complaints, only thing was 1 lift out of service so long wait to 7th floor.

The location was great, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and attractions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The hot water kept going out on me while showering. The water temp at times was lukewarm or even cold. The bathroom seemed very small as well.

The staffs were all friendly, professional, and serving the customers with respect. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

My room was located right next to the elevator, which was noisy at times for a light sleeper like me.
