The location, breakfast options, cleanliness of the room and entire hotel, friendliness of staff - especially Rosetta at front desk, she's an asset to the hotel. I'm happy that I still gave this hotel a chance, prayed about it and didn't let the other negative reviews change my mind. I would definitely stay again.

That I was charged $5 per package delivered for me. Packages are charged if not collected the same day. I visited the front desk and wasn't informed that there was a package but then was charged because I didn't collect it. Also, I didn't notice that there would have been a $500 hold on my card ... That's on me though because I didn't see it in the 'fine print. ' Be aware of this, especially if you're on a budget.

This hotel was very conveniently located - between International Drive and Universal Drive - and within walking distance of several restaurants, a Walgreen's, Icon Park, Pirate's Cove (mini golf), Ripley's Believe or Not and other attractions. The rooms were of decent size (though they were smaller than how they looked in the photos) and the kitchenette was a nice convenience, especially for families. The breakfast was of a good quality (though it lacked variety day by day). Lots of parking spots available (though at a cost).

There could have been more variety in the breakfast offering (it was basically the same items every day), and on some days the breakfast area was very crowded. Also the hotel did not offer daily housekeeping services like what we are accustomed to at other hotels - you have to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. Parking unfortunately was not free (it cost $10/night, $5/night if you stayed more than 5 nights and free if you stay more than 8 nights).

The deposit at check in of $75 a night was not an expected expense. We’ve paid maybe a $50 deposit at other hotels for our entire stay, but never per night. Totally unnecessary I think!

The location is perfect just behind the main bars in middle of I Drive. Loads of parking and so easy to access from both I Drive and Universal Blvd.

The pool was small and didn’t get the sun until 10:45am and only then sun shone on one side all day with 8 x sun loungers.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed everything. First off all i was Thankful for my early check inn & late check out. Friendly & nice staff, top location walking distance from so many attractions & restaurants, great  breakfast

3rd time staying there, the suites are lovely, always clean, bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast!

It met my expectations very well, especially in relation to the location and my need for a room with a kitchen, including a fridge, stove, microwave and everything else. Friendly and attentive staff, from reception to all employees.

The only thing that could be improved is the elevator. Many times it didn't reach the top floor and went down when someone entered a floor below the last one. It didn't go all the way to the top floor and go down, ignoring the climb up to our (top) floor. It deserves a good update. But it didn't get in the way of our stay.

We've stayed a lot of times here and will continue to do so , however parts of the room and hotel do need freshening up i.e the baths are dated/ worn, bathroom door handle needs fixing. The laundry room also needs sorting asap as the machines often show an error message when you try to pay to use them and then leave multiple pending transactions on your bank account. Whilst i appreciate that the hotel doesnt own/ manage these, it shouldnt be down to the customer to have to contact the company that owns them to sort out these pending transactions. Also, it is very dissapointing that i could not use the safe in my room and my only option is to use one behind the front desk. This is very inconvenient.

The breakfast was really good, lots of options. The kitchen and breakfast staff was really nice, they would answer questions about places to go.

They cleaned the room once every other day but it wasn’t a full cleaning. It wasn’t even swept and it didn’t smell as if it was cleaned, they just change the towels. They also charged us wrong once we checked out and we didn’t notice until the receipt got to the email, they eventually solved this issue but we had to wait almost 2 months. I recommend to always ask for the receipt the moment you check out in order to avoid any wrong charges and to be able to solve it in the spot.
