It was cheap and the room was a nice size. I was just bummed that the pool was completely closed. The staff was super nice and helpful with anything and everything that we asked for that they could help with.

The soaps that they offer could be better quality. They didn't really feel like they were washing or conditioning my hair at all. When I asked for more of them they only had one more of each little tube at the time to give me. It also sucked that the pool and hot tub were closed for the night even tho we were put in a room right in front of the pool. The worst thing was that NONE of the ice machines worked at the entire property. And it was late and we were exhausted and have a terminally ill child so we can't just jump in the car to go to the store to get ice. And my son's feed needs to stay cold. So that was kind of a problem.

The staff was friendly and helpful, it was close to some sightseeing things, it was pretty easy to walk to the next store and back, the pool was great and the rooms where really amazing, it was really hot outside but inside it was cold because of the AC. They had a bus to Disney world and universal, breakfast was really good

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mi Casa Hotel. The room was notably comfortable and generously spacious. The WiFi worked seamlessly, and having breakfast included was a convenient perk. Additionally, its proximity to Universal Studios added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Mi Casa Hotel for a pleasant stay.

While my stay at Mi Casa Hotel was overall delightful, I would like to offer a suggestion regarding breakfast. The selection appeared somewhat limited, primarily consisting of eggs and toast. The room was specious. The AC was cold..I looked the pillows which is a lot coming from me. I don't like almost all hotel pillows.

The front desk clerk told me upon check-in that breakfast ended at 930. I showed up at 905 to be turned away and have to buy my own breakfast. I booked this room justifying the cost compared to others with the free breakfast included. Plus the front of the room smelled like marijuana. It didn't in the hall just the front of the room. Plus the vending machine was broken as well as one of the ice machines.

The location

The keycards for the rooms. They had to program them every night, I usually hold my card near my phone. Was a first hotel that i had to do that constantly because of the phone and me putting at the back of the wallet.

2nd time staying here and we love this little gem. Near parks, has free breakfast, awesome tiki bar with food, relaxing pool and amazing pricing. The staff really takes care of you and is diligent if any issues do arise. Would highly recommend this hotel.

When my cousin was trying to check in, he had a hard time, due to the rep. not realizing that the room was in his name and not mine. I wrote the hotel about this inconvenience too, but I didn’t get a response. I mentioned that I was at work and I didn’t have time to straighten out something that was already handled properly. Also, when he checked out, he mentioned that the hotel had his money tied up. I can’t speak on this part of his experience though. Overall, my cousin mentioned that his stay at this hotel was always pleasant. He has stayed here on another occasion, prior to this.

Definitely we can recommend this hotel even its used . Nice clean small Tiki bar clean pool. Room was big enough and had all amenities. Not far from universal, outlet, Walmart etc

14days to release the hold on credit card is too long even only 50bucks

People drinking beer in the pool and a bottle broke it, dangerous cause the people walk without shoes there
