Clean comfortable rooms, nice vibe throughout the resort, 7 different pools with hot tubs to choose from, mini golf, bicycle riding, arcade, the tiki bars with adult drinks and virgin drinks for the kiddos!

Not enough inner tubes for the lazy river, breakfast selection offered on resort was not very good, the water park feature is an additional charge and the decks in the pool areas get extremely hot. I’m not sure why they didn’t use a material that stays cooler IE cool decking. Also the bathrooms located in the pool areas use a tile that gets extremely slippery when wet, not sure why they didn’t use a different kind of flooring to avoid slipping. Everything looks stunning but not everything was built for practicality.

The condo was great. Clean and comfortable. Great communication. Fantastic price for a week’s vacation. The property (Westgate) had a great amenities and security

The property (westgate) needs some work. They need to upgrade pool towels and sheets. The towels are small (in between a bath towel and a hand towel) and the sheets are starchy. The mattress was very comfortable but it was hard truly relaxing with the uncomfortable sheets. I also didn’t like that we couldn’t access the water park unless we were property owners

We enjoyed the all the opportunities such as grills, water parks and pools, it was very relaxing, an peaceful environment for families. I also appreciated Austin and Alma my assistant and representative for their time, both very helpful and extremely enjoyable person for a job well done, We are now owners.

No large mirrors to look into while dressing, the internet connection was horrible, other than that it was very nicely.

I absolutely love the poolside bars and music and heated pools. The room we had was pretty nice as well. Jacuzzi tub awesome! Cleanliness was very good for a rental(I own my own cleaning service) also loved the screened in patio with the walk out door.

I didn't like that you could hear every flush thru the walls from other rooms. Paper thin walls but still quiet after midnight. Parking was not ideal. We drove 10 hours to have to walk with 2 kids and luggage at midnight to our room a good 8 minute walk bc there was no parking available by our building resort is very large!. Not Impressed with the entire cashless facility. This kept us from doing several things we would have loved to do including the water park.

The room we stayed in (I wouldn't call it a condo because it had a small kitchen area with a dining set in the same room as the bedroom and a sofa), was fine for our purposes. We were attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center, and it was only a 10 minute drive, which was nice. We were at the conference center all day for 2 days, so we didn't use the facilities at the Westgate Resort at all. We did use the microwave and fridge to fix breakfast. The bathroom was nice with a big shower and nice jacuzzi tub. Everything we needed was nearby- restaurants, Walmart, etc. There were plenty of USB charging ports, which is nice. If we were staying longer, there was a huge closet and big dresser to put things in. Mattress on the king bed was heavenly. It was easy to find and easy to get our luggage in and out (we were on the ground floor). Staff was very helpful and if you had to walk very far, there were always golf carts around to take you there.

The condo was a bit dated. We couldn't figure out how to work the AC and turn it to heat, as the temperature dropped while we were there and heat would have been nice. In fairness to management, we didn't contact them about this as we got back late (after 11 p.m.) and just went to bed because we were so tired. The patio was nice to sit on in the morning, although it looks out on a pool (which wasn't in use) but if you don't like noise, this would not be the place to stay in the summer or at spring break, as I imagine the pool would be noisy.

Spacious, clean and well appointed condo, small stock of basic toiletries and cleaning products provided. Condo also equipped with plenty of fresh house and pool towels. No daily housekeeping but I believe this is offered weekly for longer stays. Staff were approachable and helpful, good resort amenities and recreation available. Excellent kid activity programmes also offered! Great option

Air con still a bit warm at lowest setting but being fair, it was liveable and we only stayed 3 days so didn't raise with staff.

The condo was right in the middle of everything, food, entertainment an walking through the property was nice the views from the condo were awesome. The condo itself was great, very clean, spacious an comfy.

The lights after 11 pm in the condo were rough it was very bright.

Believe me when I say that it was indeed a family review that gave me that nudge to select this property. So read the reviews, they are important. Apparently, each booking allows you different access and different appliances in the room. The property was awesome with the activities. There were seven pools, we went to all seven. The water park was our favourite but based on our booking, required us paying USD20.00 per person per day. Reasonable, if you compare it to the price of the theme park, but costly if you are staying there beyond a week. For our safety if there is lightening, the waterpark and pools are closed. For fishing there was a $10.00 charge per person per day. It was wonderful that our VIP card gave us free access to tennis, paddle boat, basketball, miniature golf and the fitness centre. Drawback, children under 14 years old were not allowed in the fitness centre. We were told that there was no where inside the fitness centre that they could sit and watch their tablets, while we exercised. So that was a bummer, we missed out on our routine exercise. It was convenient that the Marketplace had food we could purchase, as well as gift items. Their rotisserie chicken was awesome. In our room we had dishes, utensils, microwave, medium size refrigerator, percolator, hair dryer, toaster. This was convenient, as we needed all this to prepare our choice of meals, salads, etc. Would have been awesome to have had a stove. Jacuzzi was awesome, shower amazing. Hot water in the showers was present any time of day. For transportation, the hotel called us a yellow cab. With so many buses driving around the property extending the courtesies to potential timeshare persons, would have been awesome to have had the option of paid shuttle service to and from the theme park and the airport. Overall, very suitable to families, With our 8 day stay, our room was cleaned only once, but we took out the trash daily, and we are a clean family, so this was not significant.

Amazing resort. Beautiful pools Clean room, nice screen balcony. The staff was nice and helpful. It's amazing that you really would not have to leave the place, so much to do and a very family-friendly place. Places to BBQ, waters park on site, restaurants, supermarket, lots of pools, tennis courts, spa, exercise center, and places to walk along the lakes.

The shower's head was bad, there was no water pressure in the shower, and the room needed some repairs. The door was broken. View was a big tree. Some buildings were being remodeled and being woke up at 6 am on a Saturday due to them working was not nice. Be glad to return once construction is done. Wait to check in was very long.

Convenient area to Universal Studios which was our main goal. Nice rooms; comfortable bed. Modern and mostly clean. The private balconies are nice and especially in the building we were assigned on the backside of the property near the water (building 2300).

Not a warm welcome by staff but we got there eventually. Too much work on the faculty being around us all the time. Junky here and there (right outside our main elevator access the whole time, until our very last exit - this was off putting). Didn’t like at all that my room key shut off at 10:00am on the dot as we were leaving. Though that is the checkout time, we felt rushed and unappreciated with no grace for that time.
