Very nice breakfast and suites. Clean, spacious, a good environment and very close to the venue I was visiting. This was a great choice.

My only complaint was the $20.00 parking fee. It adds up.

breakfast was nice. nothing amazing but it didn't need to be. staff are really helpful. everything is super clean and neat. my room was really nice and i spent the majority of my time between the room and the lovely pool.

slow responses via email. as an international, i was unable to call regarding an issue with my booking and had to email. as it was, there was no issue when i got there but there was a lot of stress caused by the radio silence from the team.

The hotel is new. Great amenities and wonderful breakfast bar. Close to so many things. Check-in and out is digital. User friendly and overall a great experience.

Easy parking, large lobby and work area. Bathroom was very clean.

The rooms did not have good storage space. No draws to put items away. All open concept. Thought the rooms were a little bigger than the pictures led them to be.

I loved how accommodating the staff was. I requested a later check-in time even with such a high volume of people needing lodging during hurricane Milton. They granted my request and pushed back my check-out time by an entire hour. I was extremely grateful for that since I checked in so late that previous morning. Everything was amazing. The breakfast was also phenomenal.

I wish the loading and unloading area outside in front of the front entrance was a little bit wider to allow more space for multiple cars.

Very nice welcome and kind employee. He gave us - on request - a room in the upper area of the building. We were able to enjoy a great view 😃 Bed is comfy and the room big. Everything is so modern and you can use many of the facilities for free, as table pool, billard etc. The entrance is very cozy and invites to chill. Pool is outside and big. Unfortunately, we had no time to try. The breakfast consists of rggs, pancakes, bagles, cereals and porridge. Is good but on one-way plates and cuttlery.. All in all we've had a nice stay at Tru by Hilton and will concider the Hilton-family on our next trips again 😊
