It looks like the lobby area is new. The location is amazing - 10 minute walk from Orange County Convention Center. Suite had two rooms which was nice.

The rooms were moderately clean. Ready for remodeling. The room had a smell but purchased febreeze and it was fine. The windows were dirty on the outside and it looked like the outside walls were in need of cleaning.

This hotel has great staff that checked me in promptly. They are close to universal, the convention center and sea world. The rooms are comfortable and clean and they give you 2 complimentary water bottles. Best feature is free parking which saves a lot of money when you have longer stays.

Their pool is nice but I wish they had a hot tub.

The attention of the staff (customer services, the restaurant and the cleaning staff)

Only if I were to be Picky, the room was excellent with the exception of the space between the toilet and the door (I had to go into the shower to open the door) it was not inconvenient but it was funny between my partner and I.

The staff were beyond exceptional! It’s been a long time since I’ve been some where, where all the staff were friendly, well spoken, knowledgeable, and just outstanding!!

The carpet was a little old.

Location was nice, close to the convention center and Universal. The lobby and room smelled nice and clean. The shower was large with good water pressure and they had free parking. There was also a mistake in my reservations and the front desk clerk fixed it quickly.

Only complaint was my room didnt have a microwave and they don't have a free continental breakfast

Great location for events at Orange County Convention Center, or an OK location otherwise. Good breakfast (it's restaurant though). Nice area, pool, gym. Great staff.

A bit noisy inside, I'm not used to 24/7 air conditioning. Rooms ain't cosy.

The location is great and the rooms are clean. The air conditioning is very cold, so perfect for that Florida heat.

The carpet in the hallways and rooms could be updated. Also, the pillows need more fluff. They look full but aren’t when lying on them.

The breakfast was pretty decent. The pool was pretty nice and clean. They have a nice little gym where you can do quick and simple workouts. There’s a lot to do in the area and a lot of food options.

The internet connection on the tv was slow and the A/C is super loud where you can really hear the tv.

Very quiet and relaxing

They have a dinning area that seems to be more for staff, it would a be a great place to offer breakfast. Just a suggestion not a complaint at all!

The room was huge. It had a small, separate 'living room', a decent bathroom and a nice bedroom. Value for money was exeptional. We spent 70 USD/night, breakfast and tax included in price, never had a hotel this great for this kind of money. The pool was small, but nice and clean. Staff was friendly. 10 minute drive to Universal parks.

Included Continental breakfast had limited choices.
